Fantastic place to stay in Breck!
Beautiful view of the mountains out all of the windows! This place was fantastic for a min-ski vacation. The free shuttle runs hourly a short walk up the driveway from the property, dropping you at Peak 9 or Breck Station. I would highly recommend this location!

Charter Ridge in Breckenridge
Overall a great stay. Property was clean, spacious and everything we expected. High altitude (10,000 + ft.!) and great views from the hot tub. I would recommend this to others.

We enjoyed being a bit outside the hustle and bustle of Breck. The roads and homes in the area were beautiful to walk and drive around. If it was winter, I'd have wanted a 4WD vehicle, but in summer it wasn't an issue. The house had great space for our family of six and allowed us all to have some space as well as be together when we wanted. The master was especially spacious and the couch and desk were great spaces to relax and get a little work done. The views from the balconies were exceptional. The kitchen and bathrooms were had everything we needed. The hot tub was great as well. A couple things that would have made it even better for us, if there was a bigger TV in the main living room. It was maybe 32". There was a fantastic TV in the den but we had a kid sleeping in that room and it wasn't quite big enough for 6 to watch a movie or TV. Also, would have been nice to have some screens on a few of the mountain facing windows. With no AC, it was hard to get the house to cool down without leaving doors open but when we did that crickets and moths and a bee came in so we couldn't do that much. I know screens diminish the view so I get why they're not on the windows, but if one side had a screen we could open them and get that nice mountain breeze we would've been more comfortable. All the west facing windows absorb a lot of heat in the summer afternoons, even if it's only low 70's outside. Overall, great place and great stay and we'd feel fortunate to return!

amazing views and the place is big so if you have family there ample space to have both together time and alone time. we stayed in summer so the short drive up from main street to the townhome was no big deal at all. great place would definitely stay again.
