This was a great place to stay! Walk to the beach during the day and swim in the pool at night! Great place with plenty of space and proximity to everything. Will definitely be back!

While the property managers were easy to communicate with and the location of the house was great, we were not hugely impressed with this rental - it was just "okay". The house was not as well-appointed or maintained as it should be for the price. In the kitchen, some basic necessities were missing (minimal pots/pans, no baking sheet, minimal utensils, etc) and the plates are huge and heavy. The upstairs bathroom has mildew throughout the tile grout and just felt dirty. The exterior of the house needs maintenance/ cleaning (siding covered in mildew). The beds are very uncomfortable and one of the bedframes felt poorly put-together. The couches also are not very comfortable. If your intent is to be on the beach all of the time and not home, you'll be fine. Unfortunately we were generally disappointed with most aspects of the house.

Great time away

We enjoyed our stay at the beach. The location was great. The layout was good. The kitchen and appliances were nice. There was space for all of us. Plenty of towels and linens. We liked how everything had its place. And our boys loved the pool table upstairs. There could definitely be more seating in the living area to accommodate guests. The golf cart left a little to be desired. It was slow trying to accelerate across the busy road. And it would be great if there was just one code to remember instead of 3. Overall, we would definitely stay again when we come to St. Augustine.

The property was as advertised. Roomy and well laid out. The pool room was super fun with my teenage boys. The pool was refreshing after a hot day on the beach and the access to the beach was very easy and convenient with or without the golf cart. One of the best evenings we had was taking the golf cart to Caps on the water and having dinner. We loved the property and will be back. Danelle communicated but not over communicated with us. She was there if we needed her but let us enjoy our stay....she was perfect. I cannot wait to come back next year!!!
