Completed in 2022, this pristine home features a raised, two-story floor plan and all the modern comforts you need for carefree vacation living. Sip coffee or cocktails while enjoying water views on the fully screened porch. After the day's activities, stream all your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV or bust out the board games for a family game night. The gleaming full kitchen comes complete with all the stainless steel appliances and cookware for handling home cooking with ease. Additional home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a washer/dryer.

Spring break 2024

This is the third time we have stayed in Summer Salt .The houses are newer and are conveniently located.We enjoyed our stay and will most likely return in the future.

Clean and immaculate.

Easy access.Unit was well stocked and nicely decorated. Towels were a little dingy but all in all it was very clean and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay.
