Very well-kept older home. Host met us at check in time and showed us around. You could tell he was very proud of his rental! We did not use the hot tub so can’t speak for that but everything else was perfect. Great location for seeing the sights.

This was a great place to stay for my family on our trip to Orange County. The home was stocked with just about everything we could possibly need. It was very conveniently located, though there is a pretty good deal of street noise and it is also in a flight path, so if you are a sensitive sleeper I recommend bringing a sound machine.The host was very courteous and had great communication. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This was a nice place to stay, and Jim was a great host! We loved staying there, and will certainly come back again.The only comment was the hot water in the front bedroom shower never got very hot.

The house is exactly as described, quaint, clean and recently remodeled. We felt right at home. James provided timely information and made sure our stay was stress-free. The location is also perfect, close to Old Town Tustin, with several nice coffee shops and boutiques.

The house is absolutely adorable! Everything was clean and the off street parking was great. The bathrooms were spacious and clean and there were plenty of towels. It was nice to have the washer/dryer as well as the dish washer. I do think it would be nice to have a few chairs out on the front porch for coffee in the morning, but otherwise I have no complaints…everything was great!!

We were in CA for my daughter’s wedding. This Vrbo is just like the pictures. It is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The host was great. He thought of almost everything one might need for a short stay. There is a keurig and pods. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub.
