The Space:
Midtown is the place to be, close to famous boardwalk, Jolly Rogers Water, Racetrack and Amusement park, excellent restaurants and mini-golf. This is a direct bay front 3 b/b town home. Less then a mile/15min walk (with cross walk) to the beach or 5 min bike ride to boardwalk.

No parking issues Here! Rare in OC, two assigned parking spots (with additional 8 guest spots) and while the unit is not handicap accessible, there is only one step to the unit, no need to wait in those long Saturday elevator lines. For our elderly guest there is a first floor bedroom, featuring a queen size bed and on suite bath.

This is a kitchen to dream about, oversized island is great for family and friends to all gather around, prepare food or feed the little ones. Warm and inviting, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including K-cup coffee maker, blender, standard cooking essentials, and place settings for 8.

Direct bay front living room is perfect for sunset viewing, relaxing, playing game or watching a movie on 60" TV screen. Step down onto a large private deck with gas grill and patio table leading out to finger pier. Fish by the bulk head or out of the end depending on your preference.

There is also a wonder swim platform and ladder for those SUP boards or strong swimmers. Just remember this beautiful bay front is directly on the channel!

The Neighborhood:
Midtown, is my favorite section in OC. Close but far enough away from all the greatest attractions. Bring the bikes, the unit its near the end of the street, our kids love to ride there bikes or skate boards down through the cul-de-sac. Quite and friendly neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Nearest bus stop is .7 miles way, about a 13 min walk. Please see Ocean City Bus schedule and routes for the most up to date information but the bus travel north and south on Coastal highway making any spot accessible.
