Situated at the threshold of the Princess Juliana International Airport and ideally located in the heart of the nightlife at the Maho Village; this secluded vacation rental is where all the buzz and excitement happens within its wide range of boutiques, jewelry stores, restaurants, casinos and a variety of night entertainments all within a short walk of La Terrasse.
Within walking distance you can spend the day at the beach which is steps away from the famous Sunset Beach Bar relaxing, reading a book, Golfing or simply looking at the beautiful site of Aircraft's on approach to landing at the threshold of Princess Juliana Airport.
As the evening settles in; you can enjoy dinner at any of the restaurants of your choice in the area or try your luck at the Royal Casino situated next door.
This secluded, quiet unit offers 24-hour security. We would appreciate it if you do not smoke inside the rooms; Kindly smoke outside the rooms and on the balconies. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

This Unit was purchased for its accessibility to the various beaches in the area, its boutiques Casinos and also its night life entertainments all within walking distances.
What makes this property unique
The peace, quietness, freedom and relaxation all together overlooking the ocean with its turquoise waters and a pool surrendered by a beautiful Botanical garden and enjoying of course the awesome view of Aircraft taking off and landing at the Juliana International Airport.
