Nestled in green hills with superb views, this 2-king-bed, 2-bath penthouse condo is an oasis among mango trees, far from traffic but just 10 minutes from supermarkets, beaches, restaurants and shopping! Modern appliances and amenities complement the retro, artsy feel of the space with free wifi, parking, security gate, hurricane shutters and a laundry facility shared with the downstairs unit. The living room TV has 175 channels provided by Kiwisat and bedrooms have Roku TV. Guests enjoy that it's central, 15-30 minutes from almost everything, even the French side, traffic depending. The spacious, open plan design highlights the views with several windows and sliding glass doors with mosquito screens. Up to 4 can relax on the back porch and take it all in. Heavy curtains provide shade. The unit is air-conditioned throughout except the dining room and kitchen that have ceiling fans. The garden-side master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The street-side bedroom has a safe, work desk and ironing board plus iron. Its bathroom/shower is shared with the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle and coffeemaker (coffee and fixings provided). Guests have full access to the 2nd floor of the property as well as a tree-shaded yard down a flight of stairs from the driveway. Parking is free in the 4-5 spaces typically available along Pear Road next to the property. The building is entered either from the street by going down 11 steps to a landing and then up 7, or from the driveway up 9 steps to a landing and then 7 more.

The host was very welcoming and kind. The apartment was very clean, it has very large bedrooms, kitchen and living room space. I will definitely book this place again on my next trip to St. Maarten.

Large comfortable accommodations. Worked great for 2 couples. The decor is dated but everything works. Kitchen is well equipped with lots of space to work. Large balconies on the front and back of the unit.The host Margaret was easy to work and communicate with. Straight forward check in and check out process.

The property is highly secluded, set in the hills of South Reward and graced by large mango trees. In season you can easily pick your own! I like to think of it as an oasis and yet it's so centrally located that you can easily reach the whole island in a matter of minutes.
