Great place to stay

We, along with our 2 large dogs, found the house very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy, no issues there. Location is an easy drive to the beach. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great location

This is a great location from all the baseball fields we needed to get to. Very easy to find any activity and restaurant around the area. Would definitely stay there again. Owner is awesome and was always available with quuck responses.

We had a wonderful stay. All is as presented in the ad. Clean. Comfortable. Accessible location. Well stocked. It was so convenient having all the beach gear and pool toys. Easy and clear communication. Owner even went above and beyond to turn up the pool heat for our kiddos given the cooler evenings! We will stay here again.

I enjoyed every aspect of this house, from the easy check in process, to a very clean home, have plenty towels for showering and pool. Kitchen has everything including an air fryer. Pool was heated and ready to use.. we used every aspect of this home.. thank you

Close to lots

The house was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for . Saltwater pool was perfect. We used it in the morning and in the evening and temp was just right . Andrea , the host was easy to communicate with and always got right back to us . Wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Edgewood stay

It was great my only concern as I stayed with my elderly unless and the drop offs in the house were tripping hazards. Other than that it was great.

Ever notice folks LOVE TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW BUT FALL DOWN SOMETIMES on an excellent experience? THIS WAS IT! Excellent 5 stars and above! Andrea is a friendly, kind and professional host. The property was absolutely as described. The home is spacious and clean in the way my mom used to clean. There is no higher compliment in our family. Towels, ceiling fans that actually cool the rooms, a dishwasher that actually worked (yes, I have had some of "those" experiences.),dry goods, sheets, games, everything is there and the pool is pure delight. Grill for grillin', pool for chillin'. Pets are allowed for a nominal pet fee - completely fair and our old dog just laid on the sunroom floor sighing happily the whole time. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I could not have asked for a better vacation. Thank you, Andrea. You rock!

Great multigenerational option.

We stayed with our adult children and grandchildren. Master suite great for parent with small children. Trundle bed room adjacent. Grandparents room with adjacent bathroom at opposite side of living area. Close to stores and convenient to beaches. ( although we were there when Englewood beach was still recovering from storms, normally that would not be the case.) loved that the pool was heated because it was a chilly week. Nice option instead of beach.

Overall decent property

Property had a lot of space for family to spread out. House was very clean when we arrived. Pool and lanai were perfect for kids. Kitchen was very spacious with many pots, pans and utensils. Garage held beach equipment which was great. There was a step into family room that was scary with older people. No hot water in primary bath was not great. A/c went up to 74 every night which was uncomfortable for sleeping.

Checks all of the boxes...

While it does check all of the boxes, my questions to the owner were often met with accusatory responses. Some things here and there that weren't well thought out from a customer's point of view. But it was clean and felt safe so grateful for that.
