This water-view cottage is tucked above Port Jefferson Harbor in a premiere enclave and noted bird sanctuary. Watch calming sunsets over the harbor from the sunroom, patio or the brand new 5 person hot-tub spa. We also offer a 3rd bedroom for larger groups. Footsteps from downtown! This property has it all.

The cottage on a private acre is spacious offering a full working kitchen, washer and dryer and 2nd bathroom. You will feel at home the moment you enter! Dogs are allowed w/notice. $65 weekly/visit fee.

CHECK OUT- 11 AM 1. Please leave all used towels in hamper in kitchen. 2. Please leave the sink free of dishes. 3. Garbage should be deposited in receptacles located in driveway.

4. Double check that you have collected all of your belongings. 5. If something should break or malfunction during your stay, please alert co-host so that we may address it promptly.

6. If you move furniture around please put it back. 7. Our neighborhood is very quiet. Please be mindful of that throughout your stay.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
