Terraces shaded by lovely wooden coverings, hammocks lazily hanging beachside, and a pool that cascades into a jacuzzi and onto the open plan living room. Six bedrooms over three levels – three with ocean views, three facing the jungle and sunset. Comfortably sleeps & hosts up to 12 guests.

Connect with the stars at night. Kayak and paddle over the shallow reef and above all, chill. Azumaya Beach house was designed to take full advantage of the ocean's rhythm.

• Our villa is located in the gated community of Soliman Bay, just 10 minutes north of Tulum town. This tranquil and exclusive location offers the perfect balance for guests seeking proximity to Tulum’s vibrant energy while enjoying a private slice of paradise.

• Our full-time chefs (included from 7h30AM to 7h30PM) are here to enhance your stay—whether it’s pre-stocking the fridge with your favorite snacks, sourcing groceries, or preparing tailored meals. You'll simply need to refund our chefs for the cost of groceries and a one-time $140 USD shopping fee. The location is ideal for exploring the Tulum area, offering easy access to the marina for yacht trips, the country club for golfing, and some of the region’s most popular cenotes for daytime adventures.

Our stay exceeded expectations in every way. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and even better than the photos. Carolina was an incredible host—so helpful, responsive, and kind from start to finish. Our chef was equally wonderful, preparing delicious meals with so much care. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Paradise Found: It Was Extraordinary!

My stay at Azumaya Beach House was absolute perfection. Chef Gonzalo prepared some delicious dishes and surprised us daily with the most wonderful food. Having your own private stretch of beach far away from the crowds yet close enough to the action was the best feeling in the world and we cannot wait to return!

Beautiful place

This place was incredible, the staff was very attentive. The chef was exquisite the pampered us 24 hours a day. They also have beach toys, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. we will return as soon as we can.

A beautifully appointed house!

It was an unbelievable experience! The staff is very professional. The food was Michelin Star quality! The best! They all spoiled us and they were very dedicated workers. We were very happy with the tours Caroline suggested for us to take. Cenotes and rental of a boat. We thought we would want to eat out a couple of times but we changed our mind once we found out how good the food was in the house. Thank you Carolina, Jeremie, Antonio, Gonzalo, Alexandra, Rosie, Lucie, Daniel and Manuel:) Hope to see you soon again:)
