IMPORTANT NOTES:
The property includes one staff member, daily rate of R$ 250.00/day on weekdays and R$ 320.00/day on weekends, not included in the booking.
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for short-term rentals.
A security deposit is required and will be refunded within 3 business days after checkout.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the guest at the property at a previously scheduled time.

No parties/celebrations/events/after parties are allowed on the property.
Pets are allowed with prior notice.
The property is limited to a maximum of 20 (twenty) people, including children.
