Outdoor area, large swimming pool, cistern, gourmet space, barbecue, garden, coconut trees, lawn, total land of 1280 m2, there is no shortage of water ever! Few Supplies, and charged 200 BZR ($90 usd) for 4 face towels!

The home is nice is first, but after a few days the smell, darkness, and lack of supplies got to me. Plus the A/C didn't work in my room and was not good when it did. Our group had no supplies provided. No detergent, no shampoo, no coffee filters, little toilet paper...my point is that we had to get almost everything. However, the topper was the 2.5 hours it took to check in and 2 plus hours to check out. They counted every fork, spoon, and towel. Then they decided we had 4 face towels that weren't there and they charged me $90 usd for this. At first, nice people, but in the end very unreasonable and rude. We found Brazillians to be wonderful and can't understand why were overcharged and thus, I am afraid I have to make a negative review.

Refúgio dentro do Rio de Janeiro

O espaço é excelente, grande, amplo, com muitas suítes. O quintal, com área gourmet (churrasqueira, fogão, forno elétrico, forno pra pizza), piscina e sauna são muito agradáveis. Wifi funciona super bem para quem deseja se manter conectado. Localização muito boa, com acesso à praia por meio de balsa e perto de diversos restaurantes, mercados, tudo com opção de delivery / entrega em domicílio. PS: Até o protetor solar do pet chegou em 1h! Daniela foi a pessoa responsável pela comunicação, sempre muito gentil e com respostas rápidas. Definitivamente pretendo voltar, pois foi uma semana bastante agradável e um oásis dentro da cidade (ótimo para fugir da aglomeração em tempos de pandemia).

a casa é muito grande e localizada em um condominio de casas proximo ao recreio. na ocasiao a ideia era ir ao Rock in Rio entao a localização foi excelente. proprietaria nos recebeu e deu as orientações no check in e sempre esteve disponivel para quaisquer duvidas que tivessemos. Como pontos a melhorar eu apontaria a falta de opcoes para alcançar a praia, já que existe uma lagoa entre o condominio e o mar que so pode ser atravessada por moradores que tenham um cadastro previo.

Nossa empatia foi imediata. Fomos recebidas com muita gentileza, a Daniele repassou todas as instruções da casa e do condomínio e nos deixando à vontade para usufruir dos benefícios do local, além de nos dar dicas da cidade. Minhas amigas e eu não esqueceremos jamais dos dias maravilhosos que passamos nesta casa linda e aconchegante. Os quartos são amplos e as camas confortáveis, com roupa de cama e de banho limpos e de boa qualidade, a casa estava toda limpa e cheirosa. O imóvel é bem localizado e seguro. A cozinha é muito bem equipada com eletrodomésticos e utensílios em excelente estado e super limpos. A casa possui todos os objetos que se necessita para uma estadia com amigos e/ou família. Área gourmet top! Recomendo com 5 estrelas. Obrigada por tudo!

Realizei meu casamento no dia 24 de setembro, que foi incrível, uma noite de muita energia e felicidade. Convidamos 20 amigos para o pernoite, com roupa de cama e de banho, nos quais perfeitos! Nossa intenção era dividirmos o espaço e as emoções com outras pessoas. Foi um sucesso. Nossa comemoração prolongou até o dia seguinte com um churrasco maravilhoso. Inclusive, nossos amigos ficaram interessados de locar também o imóvel do Sr. Luiz e Danielle, que nos trataram com carinho e atenção desde que nos conhecemos. Local muito bem estruturado.
