Everlong Residential presents this unique Wesley Heights Stay! 28x Superhost managed, this 3 story house has a sprawling and spacious layout. The townhouse style living offers huge open concept main living areas, cozy and comfortable spaces, and spacious balcony. All 3 BR's have TVs, full bath and ample closet space. Short walk to Uptown, Panthers Stadium, Truist Field & more! With a nearby light rail station only minutes away, there are many ways to explore the Queen City of Charlotte!
★This is a MID-TERM property set to a minimum stay of 30 nights.★
★★ Ground Floor★★
Enter the front door to the ground floor entry hallway. This first floor ground level includes a guest bedroom and a guest full bathroom, connected to the bedroom as well as the hallway.
★★ Main Living Level ★★
Up the full flight of stairs is the main living level on the second floor. At the top of the stairs you will find a guest half bath which is connected to the dining room. Open concept living flows the kitchen, dining, and living room spaces together for this main living level. Enjoy access to the spacious outdoor balcony that extends from the living room, on the front of the home.
★★ Third Floor★★
Up the second full flight of stairs to the third floor you will find the second guest bedroom with a walk in closet and a full bath en suite. At the opposite end of the third floor hallway is the primary bedroom with primary bathroom en suite and large walk in closet. Within the hallway there is a double door laundry closet with access to full washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a TV that has streaming capabilities.
You will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time.

-8 PEOPLE MAX
-Pets allowed with approval and non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet.
-The cleaning fee is for a "deep clean" given the 29 night minimum stay.
**NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE**
*If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine for deep cleaning will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding.

SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present: We have one doorbell camera at the entry door and one at the driveway in the rear of the property. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.
***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**
**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.
*Please note that in the event of a cancellation by a guest, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any applicable credit card processing fees.**
