IF WE OFFERED SWIMMING AND BOATING WE WOULD HAVE CLEARLY ADVERTISED IT.

IF WE WERE ON A BIG LAKE WE WOULD HAVE CLEARLY ADVERTISED IT.

IF WITH THE ABOVE NOTICE YOU STILL BOOK EXPECTING ANY OF THE ABOVE FEATURES CLEARLY STATED AS NOT AVAILABLE WE WILL NO LONGER FULLY REFUND YOUR BOOKING AND THE REFUND WILL BE BASED ON SET REFUND AND CANCELATION RULES.

Perfect private neighborhood lake setting with dock and fishing for quaint family get-togethers and getaways. Offers sleeping for up to 11 and a relaxing setting with a private dock to fish off and outdoor seating to enjoy nature and surroundings.
