About this property

Spacious, Clean, Condo Near the Beach, Boardwalk, and the Downtown

Our condo is on the top floor of a four story building. We have a covered parking spot near the ELEVATOR and stairs. From the entrance side (bay side) of the condo, and the living room window you can catch the sunsets. On the ocean side, you'll find our great balcony, with wide open views. See the ocean in the distance or look down and watch the people go by.

As a safety precaution against covid-19 we do not provide Linens, towels, sheets, and pillowcases.

Freshly painted, new vinal composite flooring in living room, new carpet in bedroom (May, 2024), clean bathroom with a tile floor, and clean galley kitchen.

You will find it quiet, clean and comfortable inside with wall unit A/C and heat. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room's couch is new in 2024 and opens into a queen size bed-there is also a single fold open cot bed. TWO BEACH TAGS included.

TV with HDMI and Aux connections and DVD/CD are in the living room with another flat screen TV in the bedroom, both with cable. Free Internet WIFI, OR enjoy a board game or attempt one of our jigsaw puzzles. Iron and ironing board for your convenience. Coin operated Washer and dryer in a common area.

We prefer weekly rentals from June through Labor Day. Saturday to Saturday (the rate table may not show the Saturday start and end dates due to website shortcomings).

3 day minimum other times of year.


In the last 10 years we remodeled our bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom is clean and the shower/bathtub has safety handles for easy entrance and stability.

No Smoking Unit and, sorry, No Pets. The kitchen amenities include mini stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and cooking utensils, pots and pans, silverware, and glassware - or go into town or up to the boardwalk and eat out, they are just a block away. There is also a popular breakfast spot a half block away.

Outside shower, bike racks, Secured Entrance with Key-operated Stairwells and Elevator.

There is a library and fitness center with indoor pool about 7 blocks away. We have wireless Internet also.

We are in the heart of Ocean City, two blocks to Asbury Avenue, the most popular shopping street in Ocean City.

One big block from the beach and boardwalk with mini golf, amusement rides, restaurants, shopping, arcades, or just sitting and watching the people walk by. The Music Pier also has scheduled entertainment and events.


Activities: I am always hoping the surf is up for boogie boarding, body surfing or real surfing. Surf board rentals and lessons are at 7th street! Just sitting on the board walk and watching surf action is quite entertaining. Bike rentals are a block away, Paddle Boarding, Boating, Jet Skiing, Parasailing, and a nice, short, golf course are all on the island. Another of our favorites is Corson's Inlet State Park, for fishing, bird watching, a boat ramp, and great shell collecting on a quieter beach.

The Night Club scene and popular restaurants are just over the 9th Street Bridge, in Somer's Point.

Atlantic City is approx 35 minutes away if you're looking for that big entertainment.

Owners communicated impt details well - property very clean and comfortable - would stay again and again , big family only wish could allow one or two more kids - easy to bike to and from and parking spot near boardwalk is a major plus , as well as being able to see the sunrise off deck which was surprisingly big and beautifully breezy in afternoon :)

Our stay at George and Nancy's condo was a dream. Everything was so clean and accommodating when we checked-in and the space was perfect for me, my husband, and our 5 year old to stay for the week. The location was exceptional -- about 5 minutes from the boardwalk in a very central location. We even walked to pick up our groceries for the week. The beach tags amd beach chairs were an added bonus, as they saved us time and money on our trip. Communication with our hosts was seamless and our stay exceeded our expectations. Great location and very comfortable place!

We were thrilled with how clean and comfortable the condo was. It had everything we could possibly need - from pillows, to silverware, and even board games. The proximity to the beach was perfect too; it was literally a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We loved it here and the owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and again!

It was a perfect little spot for a week stay. The downside is there was mold on the shower curtain and the balcony door knob on the outside is broke. The laundry is also pricey and the dryer takes two times to dry but other then that it was amazing.

Just spent 2 weeks in George's condo. Accommodations were very nice and convenient to beach and boardwalk. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a day on the beach with a cold beverage. Would definitely come back.

Short Stay

We were there for 3 nights. It's a good location. Nice little place for a couple, which we are. Owner was very considerate, offering to have us come in early because the cleaning was done; and also to stay well past 10:00 a.m. on the last day, because no one was coming in immediately. Very nice!

Great stay

We had a very nice stay. The owners are very responsive. We left a set of car keys behind and they were kind enough to get them to us. We liked the central location and the ease of parking. We chose to go to beaches a little further down the island as the close ones were crowded. But, having a parking space made that easy.

Clean, cozy, great location

The property was great. Check-in would have been a lot easier if the unit number was provided - I expected to see a note in the key lockbox. The elevator was broken during most of our stay, the owner seemed to be aware of a history of elevator reliability issues and it would have been nice if we were informed. The location and view from the balcony and was fantastic.

Wonderful Vacation Unit for our Family!

We've stayed in this property before, but this is the first time we've stayed in this unit. It was an absolutely wonderful week and everything about the unit was perfect. The communication with the owners was easy and we had no problems at all during our stay. We definitely look forward to renting this unit again in the future and would recommend it to any of our friends!

Great Trip

The owners were extremely accommodating and the property was exactly as pictured. It was beautiful and an extremely short walk to the boards and beach. My family of 4 fit perfectly in here. It is more spacious than what the pictures portray, and probably the best value I have seen for OCNJ. The fireworks were perfectly viewed from the balcony. I would easily make this my yearly rental. Thanks soo much for the great stay. 100 stars !!!

SUPER CLEAN!

WOW. Must say that the condo was incredibly and immaculately clean from top to bottom. I was amazed at how professional, friendly, and prompt all communications were to / from George were. The entire process was seamless. Close to the beach, perfect for our size party, had some starter items just to help us out, and was perfect in price! WILL be a repeat customer. Loved this!

Great condo & close to beach!

We stayed for a week at this condo. It is 1 block from the boardwalk between Shriver's Taffy and Manco & Manco Pizza on 9th. The condo is clean and updated. It had all of the amenities that we needed for our trip. We had a problem with the door but the owner, George, was in constant contact with us regarding it. We thoroughly loved the balcony! There is patio furniture out and we enjoyed sitting out to eat meals or watch the traffic at night. If you are looking for a clean, well equipped condo near the boardwalk, don't pass this one up! We can't wait to go back!

Perfect location and comfortable stay

This was our second time staying at this property. The condo is very convenient to the boardwalk and beach and is in a quieter area. The balcony on this unit is our absolute favorite! They have patio furniture out there to enjoy meals or just to relax. There is a reserved parking space under the complex. Be aware that the spaces are very tight. We thought of taking our Dodge Ram and it would never have fit! The property itself is very clean. The unit has a comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom. Our 10 year old said the foldout couch bed wasn’t bad either. I had communication with George several times and he was very pleasant. I highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to be near the beach, not fight for a space and enjoy peaceful nights. We can’t wait to go back!

Great place with a cranky elevator

We liked everything about this property with the exception of the elevator not working over half of the time that we were there. The property is on the fourth floor and the elevator was not working when we got there and when we left - so we had to carry everything up and back down to unpack and pack the car. I was in communication with the owner who kept reaching out to someone and on Friday there was an elevator repair vehicle there but the elevator was not working again on Saturday morning. This was a major issue for us because of some health issues that we are dealing with. The unfortunate thing is that the property manager was on vacation the same week that we were down there.

Cute Condo Close to so much

We enjoyed our stay at the Condo. Fit purr family of 5 perfectly. Kids stayed on pullout couch and the Cot, my husband and I in the bedroom. The balcony was our favorite spot , enjoying meals, relaxing, and reading time on the glider. It is on a busy corner so there was an occasional late night loud car, people talking loud from the street, etc. The air conditioner provided some white noise to help that. The location was perfect. Easy walk to boardwalk and Asbury. Definitely putting this on our list of locations to visit again.
