Cute little place with excellent hosts!

The hosts, Kaydee and Caelin, were very accommodating, responsive, and quick to address any questions or issues we had. The house was clean and beds were comfortable! The walls and windows were solid-it was very quiet. There was room to park two cars on the pad out front. The only downside was the neighborhood was a bit run down and not good for walking around, especially after dark. That is the main reason I did not give this place a 5 star review. Otherwise we had a fun time and enjoyed the house!

Our home is located in one of the oldest Historic neighborhoods in Tucson AZ, where you’ll find historic mud adobe homes built from the early 1900’s mixed with upcoming and new development all around. It’s also located just below Tucsons prominent landmark A-Mtn., close by highly visited Sentinel Peak walking/hiking trails, in walking distance to Mercado San Agustin/MSA Annex and located where one of the largest Gem Shows are held in Tucson AZ! Prime location

Clean, large duplex with plenty of light. Conveniently located a few blocks from the Annex and Mercado San Agustin with its great restaurants, as well as a trolley stop, which can be used to get to Downtown, 4th Ave, and the UA without having to drive. Quiet neighborhood, with gated parking. New modern kitchen and laundry appliances, although lacking dishwasher and oven. The beds are very comfortable, and a nice assortment of amenities is provided for the spacious bathrooms and kitchen. Barely able to hear freeway traffic or trains, unlike other offerings located near downtown. A special treat to find Mission Gardens within walking distance! We look forward to staying here again in the future.
