Inside the property, on the ground floor you will find an open plan living/kitchen area which has been completely refurbished for 2019. Travertine flooring helps keep the villa cool in summer, while the comfortable large corner sofa is perfect for relaxing and watching TV ( Amazon Firestick) or a DVD, or listening to music.

The new kitchen has been fitted with a Siemens oven and ceramic hob, and you'll also find a microwave and fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.There's a small dining table with two wooden chairs in case you wish to eat inside.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large hand-made wooden wardrobe, and has patio doors that open on to a small balcony. The shower room is also on this floor, finished in travertine and with a rainfall shower.

Wooden stairs lead up to the roof terrace where you will find a large day bed for sunbathing, together with two individual sun loungers. The newly tiled roof terrace with small fridge and fairy lights, offers beautiful views down to Kalamar Bay.

The villa is just a few minutes walk from a mini-market for essential supplies, while restaurants such as Cafe Vita and The Brothers are also close by for an easy meal, but far enough away to ensure the villa is completely peaceful. The closest beach club is at Kalamar - about a five minute walk downhill, with a shuttle bus available to take you back up again if needed - while the centre of Kalkan with its shops, restaurants and beach is about a 15 minute walk away.
