Bedroom Descriptions:
The Primary Suite features a King-size bed, a Twin-size sofa sleeper with a twin trundle bed and an extra Twin Size bed located just off the private Master Suite bathroom. This room also features a private balcony with amazing lake views and seating for two. An extra Roll-away bed is located in the large Master Closet.

Bedroom 2 features two Queen-size beds, smart television and is located next to the upstairs guest bathroom.

Bedroom 3 is located next to Bedroom 2 and features two Twin over Full Bunk Beds and smart television.

Other amenities: Ven Casa Vacation Rentals provides a starter pack of kitchen and bathroom items which includes paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and toilet paper. High quality linens, bathroom and pool towels are provided.

PARKING: Space is available for up to 4 cars, including 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. No street parking available.

Age Requirements: The reservation holder must be 25 years of age at time of check-in and is required to be at the property for the duration of the reservation.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Video surveillance is actively recording on the property, cameras are located over the driveway, front doorbell, back patio and backyard overlooking the lake (for lake safety). All cameras are on exterior of home.

PETS: Small pets (dogs only) are welcome with prior host approval and a $150 per pet cleaning fee. A maximum of 2 pets only.

POOL AND SPA HEAT: Pool and spa heat is not included in the total booking amount. Please reach out to host for details.

AC Usage: In order to ensure no damage is caused to the AC unit, we ask that the AC temperature is not lowered any less than 74 degrees. To help keep the home cool, we suggest closing any blinds or shutters and ensuring the doors remain closed to avoid heat entering the house during the hot days. House thermostat is monitored remotely.

NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC: We care about maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors, so we ask that when guest are utilizing the pool area the music is kept to an acceptable volume. Playing loud-amplified music and any fines associated with excessive noise complaints are the responsibility of the guest.
