APOLLO 505 - Beach Front One Bedroom Condominium Reserve for Three Nights or Weekly!

Enjoy amazing unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and Marco Island's crescent beach from the private balcony of this one bedroom, one bath condo. Comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and queen-size sofa-bed in the living room, sleeps four people maximum.

Apollo condominium is located on the south end of Marco Island's famous white sandy beach.

AMMENITIES: Heated Pool and Spa, Tennis Courts, Fitness Room and the Sunset Grill Restaurant & Bar for great food on the beach! Laundry available on each floor/

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the high season (Mid December until May 1st) 3 Night Minimum Reservations accepted in the off season.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Apollo registration fee $45 and a $75 hold which is returned on check out at the Apollo office when returning the parking tag. No parking tag returned then the $75 is charged.

Unit number 505

The condo at the Apollo was perfectly located to take advantage of ocean views. It was number 505 and is located at the forward most part of the condominium. I was very comfortable. The only negative is that I had to buy paper towels and toilet paper. Maybe that is normal but I am glad I saw that I needed to purchase these items before I went grocery shopping. I would definitely rent this unit again.

The apollo complex is very clean and nicely decorated. Gives a feeling of safety.This unit of course has a great balcony and beautiful views. The downside is it needs a lot of updates. The kitchen is very small which was expected but there is absolutely no counter space to prep anything. It was lacking in equipment such as not having any large bowls or larger cooking utensils. The stove and microwave are extremely outdated with rust on the stove and the microwave has turned yellow. Cleanliness is another issue. There was hair on the bathroom floor and nightstands when we walked in. The bathroom grout on the floor is almost black. We tried cleaning but the place has a vacuum cleaner that was so old and not a broom anywhere in the place. A small whisk broom that was taped and a dust pan. We washed the linens before using because they looked dirty but unfortunately they were all stained from the comforter and sheets to the kitchen and beach towels. It is an adorable and cozy unit but needs a little attention. The property management group are great to work with. Check in and check out was flawless.

Beach vacation

We rented this condo which is directly on the beach for a warm weather beach vacation. It has a wonderful view with spectacular sunsets. The beach is a beautiful white sandy beach that goes for miles. The 2 beach chairs in this condo were horrible. They need to be replaced. They are the cheapest most uncomfortable small non adjustable chairs I have ever attempted to use and we are not large people. This was a huge disappointment. The condo has a pool with plenty of furniture. I was expecting a email from VBRO about my arrival to the condo but instead it came from ReMax which I overlooked which created some confusion upon arrival. The dish washer did not work and one elevator in the building was out of order for a few days. The weather was fabulous. I would rent the condo again if they provided 2 comfortable beach chairs.

what a view

this condo is very small but fits two comfortably. the balcony faces the gorgeous beach, up there with the best in florida. The condo is a little dated but the property is well kept and the pool is very nice. the kitchen is small but we only ate breakfast and lunch there. Marco island has some great places to eat Love the location to the beach. Only complaint is they only give you one roll of toilet paper so you'll have to go to winn dixie and buy more, what's up with that? Marco Island is breathtaking, very clean and upscale, what a great place to vacation!

Perfect!

Took a very much needed mother / daughter trip and it was all we dreamed and more! Enjoying every minute of the sun on the beautiful beach and catching the sunset every evening. We could not have been happier with our accommodations!

Relaxation At It's BEST!

Top organization which makes it easy to check in. The apartment is super clean and fully furnished with anything and everything you may need! BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE OCEAN!!! The most relaxing view at anytime with a cup of coffee in the morning or a nice cold beer in the afternoon or evening. Absolutly the best place I've been and plan to go back. Possibly our regular July 4th getaway! Absolutley recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax!
