This townhome is about 0.5 miles from multiple attractions, such as the Fremont Sunday Street Market, which is Seattle's longest running, year-round European-style street market featuring over 125 vendors of handmade crafts, antiques, collectibles, vintage items, and food trucks. The area also boasts cool art installations such as the Fremont Troll, Statue of Lenin, Heartfulness and Fremont rocket. Gas Works Park, located nearby the townhome, is a great spot for families with kids to enjoy a picnic and watch the sunset over Lake Union. The park offers a beautiful view and plenty of space to relax and play. Theo Chocolate, a local chocolate shop, is also within easy reach and offers chocolate tours and tastings. It's a fun and delicious activity for families and all chocolate lovers.

Other Things to Note:
1- This is a 3-story townhouse so there are stairs to climb and you may hear the neighbor's noise sometimes.
2- Parking on the street can be challenging during peak time. Parking in the garage is for compact cars only. Parking in front of the garage is not allowed per HOA.

Great to be close to our daughters home. Easy to get into Seattle. Only problems would be the parking. Our rental car was too large for garage and having to drive around neighborhood for a spot is challenging. Overall the home was nice

Very well organized and dog friendly.
It's very easy to find anything you need as every closet and drawer is very neatly labeled. Everything was clean and accessible. We did have one minor situation come up and communication was prompt and handled quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location with much to explore!
We had a lovely stay at this property! The hosts were communicative and helpful. The location is fabulous with a short walk to groceries, Market Street, the locks, and lots of dining options. The property itself was clean and comfortable with more than enough toilet paper, paper towel, soap, coffee (!), and other necessities. I appreciated the hosts' consideration of the small details and would definitely stay again.

My family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. The space was comfortable and had all the required necessities. The kitchen was stocked enough to cook our feast. It worked out perfectly for us

Since parking is so difficult and expensive it is the perfect location for walking to grocery stores and breweries. Downtown Ballard is less than 15 minutes to great restaurants, bars and a cool farmers’ market on Sunday.
