Nestled on a hillside on the west side of Queen Anne Hill this unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment on the top floor of a duplex with a private back patio and partial Sound & Marina views. It’s a full time vacation rental with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV’s (No cable) & memory foam beds as well as toys and video games. You’re close to Downtown, Queen Anne, Ballard and Fremont while still enjoying your own Pied-à-terre on a quiet hillside overlooking Interbay and the marina.
The West side of Queen Anne is a fantastic Seattle Neighborhood. It's close to many local favorites such as Ballard, Fremont, Downtown and Upper and Lower Queen Anne Hill.
Guests can let themselves in via the front door smart lock and the home can be accessed by going up the stairs to the front door.
This professionally designed vacation rental is setup to provide a comfortable experience for all types of travelers. This home is a full time vacation rental on the top floor of an owner occupied duplex. The home has partial views of Puget Sound and the marina for a truly unique Seattle experience. You're a 10 minute drive to Downtown, Ballard and Fremont and about 1 mile away from the top of Queen Anne with fantastic dining and bars.

Our customer service team is available 24/7 should you need anything at all during your stay.

NOTE: This home is located on a hill and can be accessed via ~30 steps leading up to the front entrance of the apartment. There is NO access other than via the stairs. Please see pictures for additional detail

From beginning to end staying here was wonderful! The location was gorgeous, the place was so clean and cozy. Communication was always great, and parking was right out in front of the place everyday. I would love to come back and stay here someday!

We had a lovely stay at this property in Seattle. Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Host was very accommodating and we didn’t have any issue during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property, location, and views. Check-in was delayed due to issues with cleaning, but overall fantastic stay at this property. Note, it does get warm inside on warm days even with the one AC unit in a bedroom. Some of the windows in the property wouldn’t open so couldn’t let in outside air to decrease stuffiness.

Girl’s Weekend Away

The property was perfect for what we needed. The neighbourhood is beautiful and close to many amenities. We loved how quiet the area was, but still close enough to downtown. We will definitely stay here again.

I would not recommend this place for families with young children. Great for a couples getaway, but definitely not with any children. Our toddler was walking and running around the apartment, and the tenant below repeatedly banged on the ceiling in response. While we understand noise can be an issue, properties that rent to families should be prepared for normal child activity. Additionally, around 9 o’clock this individual would watch very loud movies. Locations great, parking can be difficult with a large vehicle. Property management team was very responsive.

Very great place if you're looking for a quiet tucked away stay in Seattle! Definitely not the spot for parties or large groups, but it worked perfectly fine for me and my two friends visiting for the long weekend! Very beautiful views from the living room window and the apartment itself and property is stunning!

We enjoyed our stay and really liked the location but agree that with a little bit of effort this place could really be great! Pros:• Great location - easy quick access to many neighborhoods including downtown, Ballard, and Fremont• Wonderful Neighborhood - Great coffee shop (Coffeemind) close by, small park with long metal slide just up the street. Nice for a quick walk, great views• Included items - toilet paper, paper towel, toiletries, seasonings in kitchen - more than other vacation rentals we have stayed in. • Cute apartment, beds were comfortable, linens were clean, air conditioners were provided• Host was very responsiveCons:• Seemed rundown - previous reviews note dirty backyard area, cobwebs, spiders, dirty shower curtain, musty smell -we found the same things so it didn’t appear there was effort to fix these things. • No bathroom fan• Hot water was sparse in the morning• Lightbulbs in lamps were burnt out - told host the first day and said they weren’t urgently needed but never received replacements even though we stayed 6 nights• Lightbulbs in bathroom were burnt out• When we opened the blinds in the back bedroom they fell off the wall. • Outlets in back bedroom are old so things won’t stay plugged in • TV stand was extremely dusty • Screen door at entrance is ripped• Screen is missing in window above sinkAgain, will a little bit of time and effort, we do feel that this place could be perfect and we did enjoy our stay overall!

Convenient location & cozy interior

A convenient location- close enough to lots of restaurants, shopping, and more, but far enough away from downtown that it wasn’t crazy busy. Clean and accurate to the pictures in the listing. The host was very helpful and replied quickly if we had any questions. A nice place to come back to after exploring the city during the day!

Peaceful Retreat close to everything

My son and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. The neighborhood was quiet with a great view, there was ample street parking, and the unit was meticulously tidy and well stocked with everything you need. No problems with anything and host kept in touch to ensure everything went smoothly.

Great stay

My coworker and I were in town for a week long conference. Nice quiet neighborhood with parking to come back to after a long day of classes. The property was just as described, clean, quiet with a great view. The Host was available for questions and responded quickly. I will definitely rebook on future trips to Seattle.

Charming home with beautiful sunset views!

My daughter and I enjoyed this upper level charming home with great views of the sunset over Puget Sound. Every room is exactly as shown in photos and provides everything you need. The washer/dryer and other amenities were very convenient. Very much appreciated super fast responses from host for questions we had before booking & after arrival. Quiet neighborhood and location to Queen Anne Ave & Kerry Park was perfect with a short Uber ride. We'll definitely keep this one at top of the list for next time!

Perfect stay

I loved the property. It is the perfect size for one to 5 people. The kitchen had everything I needed. Living areas were comfortable. Everything was clean and taken care of. The area is safe and easily accessible to restaurants and markets in Queen Anne. It is also very close to the tourist areas and public transportation. It was easy to get in touch with the host. They responded quickly even late in the evening. They were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property.
