Safe neighborhood

The house was very comfortable. There are many suppies for cooking, even little baggies that I can not live without. The neighborhood feels very safe to walk in. The 5 gallon jug of water was very nice. All in all I would recommend this house to all.

Perfect House!

This house was perfect for us! My husband and son had races at the track right up the street! The house was clean and conveniently located! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation home

Me and my family loved staying here! It is a quick trip to the river. We ended up getting stuck in a storm and played games and watched movies. We really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely Perfect!

What a fabulous home and even better Host! This home was perfect for me, my husband & our 2 Golden Retrievers. Only a short drive to the Jack Smith Launch Ramp. We easily could have accommodated more in our group considering we didn’t even use the other side of the home which has 2 good sized bedrooms and a full bathroom, but it was just us this trip. From the kitchen to the bathrooms this place is fully stocked. We always bring extras (paper plates, paper towels, toilet paper, pillows, etc..) when we Vrbo, but we didn’t need to bring any extras out at Mandy’s home. A big garage & driveway made it very easy to park. Gate access to the large backyard makes it easy if you want to store your trailer. There’s also plenty of street parking in front & on the side of the home. This is where we chose to park our full size truck & 34’ trailer. The backyard has big BBQ & a nice sized table with 4 chairs. There’s a fire pit (stocked with cut wood) surrounded by nice Adirondack chairs with bistro lighting around it. Can I tell you about the primary bed? A big beautiful King bed. It was so comfortable! And new pillows!! Not the yucky ones you’re used to experiencing that should’ve been thrown away a year ago. There were also plenty of fresh linens throughout. Communication with Mandy was a breeze. From questions I had before we booked, after, during our stay & checking out it was only a matter of minutes before we received a reply. We will definitely be back!

I'm born and raised right here in Mohave Valley. I love to go to the river in the summer and love to go riding in the winter. Being a host is fun I get to meet new people and so far so good everyone that has stayed has been such a pleasure to have stayed at my Desert Oasis Vacation Home.

If you like open floor plans this is the house for you the Kitchen, Dinning room and Livingroom are all connected openly no walls dividing them. Now this is an open floor plan.
