Welcome to your flexible beachfront retreat, perfectly situated within minutes of all the Daytona Beach must-see destinations. Our unique listing combines two fully independent studio condos connected by a central lockout door, giving you the perfect blend of privacy and proximity.

Enjoy ocean views from floor-to-ceiling glass windows in both rooms. You are truly ON the beach, just a short 20 steps from your door to the sand.

The Lock-Out Advantage (You Get Two Rooms!)

This configuration is ideal for...

Families: Adults can have privacy in one room while kids enjoy their own space and bathroom next door.

Friends/Groups: Traveling companions can each enjoy a fully stocked private room.

Snowbirds: Perfect setup for visiting guests or grandkids.

Room Details (In Each Room):
Each of your two studios comes fully equipped for comfort and convenience.

Sleeping: A King bed with four pillows (reservations made for 1-2 guest), a couch that pulls out to a queen pillow-top mattress with two pillows (reservations for 3-4 guest), plus an optional twin bed with a pillow (reservations for 5 guests).

Kitchenette: An oversized, fully stocked kitchenette featuring a Ninja Air fryer, convection oven, electric skillet, Keurig, coffee pot, and all necessary dinnerware.

Tech: Dining areas (tables and chairs), Smart TVs with Wi-Fi.

Bathroom: You get two private bathrooms total—one features a walk-in shower, the other a relaxing tub/shower combo.

Outdoor Amenities & Renovation:
Step outside either bonus door onto our huge balcony courtyard that overlooks both the pool and the Atlantic Ocean. It’s a great communal spot to relax in the loungers, eat at the picnic tables, or watch the summer fireworks over the pier.

The entire complex just underwent a million-dollar renovation, including:
A refreshed lobby, hallways, roof, and central A/C.
A sparkling new oceanfront pool and deck.
A new seawall and direct, open beach access.
On-site Tiki Bar to grab lunch or a tropical drink.
Convenient covered garage parking available.

We are local owners living just 15-20 minutes away, so we are here if you need anything! However, we respect your 100% privacy as we stay busy with our foster and adoptive family and community commitments.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return parking pass
Wash dishes and appliances used
Put all dirty linen in large Tupperware bin in bathroom. Leave pillows and comforters on bed(s)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Take trash to bins on first level of parking garage
Put all used linens in Rubbermaid tubs in bathrooms - towels for bathing and in room use only. Fees for lost or damaged (stained) linen / towels
Make sure all 4 doors are locked when not in the unit - do not open door to the courtyard during high wind - do not put items on heating/cooling unit

Fun Family Vacation

The Oceanside Inn is an older building going through some nice renovations. The lobby was gorgeous. It has some friendly permanent residents and the staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are like hotel rooms with adjoining doors and well stocked kitchenettes. We were glad to have a keurig coffee maker. Perfect for a good cup of joe and you're seconds from walking the beach starting your day the right way! Our family of 8 really enjoyed the simplicity of this place! We even got to see baby sea turtles hatch and scurry to the ocean! Having the tiki bar open right at the pool, really made our easy beach living days possible! Great food and great drinks! Wonderful Host! Wonderful Stay! Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrid! Greeted by security in bullet proof vest. No handles on doors throughout building. Suggested we not use elevator!?! Stunk like pot/weed throughout. Lock to outdoors was inoperable. 1 freezer was doscusting and not useable. Didn’t want to touch anything inside units - looked gross! Checked in about midnight so no place to go . Left ASSP in morning to relocate.

We live in Ormond Beach. Retired military and sales backgrounds. We currently foster full time. We love staying in our beach condos when they’re not rented, cruising, traveling, sporting events, spending time with friends and family, and church.

Me: I was born in Arkansas, raised in Missouri, and completed school at University of Miami. I have been living in Florida since college.

Husband: he was born and raised in Detroit, and joined the military right after high school. He spent most of his deployment in Okinawa Japan.

Why they chose this property

It’s not the Ritz! But it’s clean, sanitized and right on the beach with beach access, oceanfront pool and tiki. A short one mile walk on the sidewalk or beach gets you to downtown Daytona Beach. It also can sleep up to 10! 24/7 security.

What makes this property unique

Walk right out of your rooms to a grass terrace overlooking the pool and beach. Within a few steps grab a drink at the tiki bar, jump in the oceanfront pool, and walk down to the beach.
