Enjoy one of the largest decks in the Lookout and relax with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding hills. Watching the spectacular sunrises is a great way to start the day with coffee or tea. An overhead fan keeps you cool with a gentle breeze during warm summer days. Sit back, relax, enjoy the sunshine, take in the beauty, and play your favorite music on the Sonos sound system. Grab a beverage and grill an award-winning meal on the Weber gas barbecue. Enjoy the meal at the outdoor dining table for 8, the bar which seats 4, or leisurely eat at the outdoor conversation set. As the evening winds down, the large covered area has built-in heaters to take the chill off those memorable nights spent reminiscing with your favorite people.

When it is time to go inside, welcome to the comfortably appointed great room and kitchen, the gathering space of the Bella Vista. Cook in the fully appointed kitchen on the high-end appliances, grab a bottle of wine from the 2-zone wine fridge, enjoy a show on the Frame TV, listen to the Sonos stereo system, or play a game at the dining table.

Tired from a great beach or pool day exploring Chelan or one of its many award-winning wineries? How about a family movie night? Head downstairs to the media room and feel the surround sound with your favorite movies, or if the kids need a break from Mom and Dad, they can play on the Xbox, enjoy a game of Cornhole outside, or sit by the fire pit and visit. The Vineyard pool and hot tub are a short walk from the house, as is the shuttle stop to the marina and beach.

Coming over to enjoy a wedding? The Bella Vista is just four doors away from the wedding venue. Need to catch up on work or school? The wall desk in the upstairs reading nook and high-speed internet makes it easy.

The dedicated parking pad has room for three cars and has a Level 2 charger for your EV.

Pets are allowed at Bella Vista. One dog, 50 pounds or less, and house-trained. No Puppies

The Lookout community is growing, and construction activity may occur during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please get in touch with Lookout Cottage Rentals with any questions or concerns.

We loved the deck with its comfortable seating, large umbrella table, and gorgeous view. The kitchen was very well equipped and we used it a lot — breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The shuttles, especially down to the beach, were a great amenity. We would definitely stay again!

Fun last minute mini vacation

The large wrap around deck was amazing! We brought our two mini dachshunds and found gates and a dog cage very useful. Great well equipped kitchen and large pantry. The shuttle was just down the block. We had a small air conditioning problem and it was taken care promptly. I would recommend Bella Vista and The Lookout to anyone. Great stay❤️

We wish all of our vacation rentals could be so well cared for and managed as Bella Vista. Events and amenities were outstanding also with great staff!

Just down from movie and music spot. Easy to get to various pools. Beautiful views. Pleasant staff. Only downside was pools weren’t heated and with hit or miss weather that would have been better. Hot tub was really hot so couldn’t hang out in there too long to warm up with kids. The AC seems stuck on downstairs so was cool in part of house. Beds and pillows excellent for good nights sleep.

The only thing they forgot was to put some more towels.. two bathrooms had only one or two towels and there were 10 of us. Good thing some brought their own.

We drive an EV and really appreciated the EV charging station after we figured it out(note: if you do rent this house, there is an extension for the charger inside the downstairs closet, which they should indicate with a sign at the charger). Other than that first hiccup for us, our stay was great, facilities great and the shuttle service the Lookout provides was fantastic.

Lovely Home, however....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bella Vista is a lovely home. The pictures and description of the property are spot on. It suited our needs: four adult families with five boys under the age of eight perfectly. The great room/kitchen area is large and never felt crowded. The deck and outdoor eating spaces great. But. Unfortunately Bella Vista is currently surrounded with (other) ongoing home construction and landscaping. We arrived on Thursday and left Tuesday. We had one day of quiet: Sunday. The other days were filled with very loud ongoing construction/landscaping project noise and dust as we attempted to sit outside on the wonderful deck from the hours of 7:30 AM to almost 6:00 pm. This is the 7th Lookout property members of our family have rented in the past four years. Never have there been issues with construction noise. We would have opted for another property had we known how our stay at this lovely house would have been affected by the noise and dust. Note to us for our next Lookout stay (we will return) rent in the established areas of the development that are quiet. We also had issues with "others" using the parking spaces designated for Bella Vista. We had to "find" the owner of a truck parked in one of the spaces upon our arrival. The day before we left, while spending the day at Slide Waters, we came back to a car parked in one of the spaces. All of this was reported to The Lookout rental offices. (Parking violations had never been a problem with any of our other rentals.) I really want to give Bella Vista a great review because it is a great house. At this time I cannot recommend due to ongoing construction/landscaping disruption. Once this is completed: yes by all means rent this home.
