Why they chose this property

This apartment is a small complex with just 2 other units. Our cozy space is super comfortable for up to two guests, and provides you with everything you need to enjoy your visit to this awesome beach neighborhood! The kitchen Has been beautifully renovated with granite countertops and is small but well equipped for cooking. We provide a coffee machine and coffee, toaster, oven/stove and full size fridge. We have free parking for you just behind the apartment . We provide 2 beach chairs and 2 beach towels so you do not need to pack these bulky items. For longer stays (7 days or more) we have a washer and dryer available on site!

What makes this property unique

This space is a private apartment in a triplex, so your space is your own. We offer all 3 units on AirBnB. There are 2 patio chairs on either side of your front door to enjoy your coffee out front if you prefer. We welcome all guest but like to keep the space for no more than 2 people as this is a quite neighborhood.

This is a triplex. You will have your own personal unit, with a shared laundry.
