Ski Spring Break at Canyons Resort Park City. Season extended to 4/22/24 Located at the base of Canyons Village. This recently renovated Condo boasts everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. With free on demand resort transportation via the Canyons Village Connect its easy to get to & from ski lifts, gear rentals, restaurants, shopping and spas.

Newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath Condo located at Red Pines Condominiums. This mid-century modern style condo features a King bed master bedroom with ensuite. Spacious bathroom with a generous walk in shower and great water pressure. The living room doubles as a second sleeping area and features a Full size pullout sofa. Features include Smart TVs, Cable TV and high speed internet. The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and has modern black stainless appliances. Boasts amazing amenities with access to heated pools, hot tubs, dry sauna, tennis & pickleball courts, grills & so much more. Access is granted with a pass provided during your stay.

Your stay: Equip to sleep 4, the home comes with a King size bed in the master & a Full size pullout sofa in the living room. Bedding & linens are provided. The bathroom has dual access off the kitchen & master. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer dryer available in suite. Open floor plan living space includes a built in laptop remote work station off kitchen. Workspace comes with HDMI cable for hookup to monitor.

Getting around: Free onsite parking. Resort transportation provided by Canyons Village Connect. Public transportation located just a short 6 min walk down the street with easy access to Park City Main and Park City Mountain.

Check in: Self check in anytime after 4pm.

Check out: Please consolidate trash. Gather any used towels, blankets, pillows or bedding & place them on the Master bed. Load dirty dishes, glassware, utensils into dishwasher, add the supplied dishwasher tablet (under sink) and start a regular cycle (default).

The clubhouse is open during the following:
Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day): 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Winter (Friday after Thanksgiving to 23 of April): 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
The Clubhouse is closed from the 23rd of April until Memorial Day and from the day after Labor Day to Thanksgiving.

Condo parking limited to one vehicle. Parking is not assigned. Please move your vehicle after each snow to allow for additional snow removal.

Pay a little more and stay somewhere else!

I have spent several weeks in park city/ Snyderville. This was one of the worst stays. It was cheaply updated, the hot water for the shower lasted about as long as a travel trailer. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. When we advise there was a stench in the air. The day before I arrived Paul contacted me letting me know that the dryer was not working and that I could use the laundromat if I wanted. Two day after checking out Paul messaged me saying that there was an order that I would be charged for and that I had removed plastic wear/cups and that I took towels from the unit and I was charged and extra 100.00 dollars. Please spend a little more somewhere els as there are many nicer/cleaner and way more comfortable places to stay. Like black stone at canyons village etc. this place was horrible!

Wonderful Condo

This condo had everything needed for a great stay. It was so easy to get to the ski lifts using the canyons connect app. The condo is fully stocked with so many thoughtful amenities like spices, oil, hand warmers, and laundry detergent. Paul was a super responsive and communicative host.

Communication with the property manager was excellent and everything we needed was provided. The condo is updated and clean. It was perfect for our families of 4

Canyons Condo

Great condo for a couple. The door to door free shuttle was a great feature to take you to the base of Canyons Village. The condo is very modern with a very comfy bed. The photos in the listing are accurate. Paul was vey quick to respond with any questions we had before, during and after our stay.
