Great stay!

We stayed in the studio apartment. Not huge but very well planned. Sleeper sofa was very comfortable. Lots of storage and complimentary ski/boot storage hut is a great amenity. Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble Express are just a short walk across the street, ups shirt hill and some stairs.

The space is small but every inch is well utilized. All staff members were very pleasant. Check in was short and sweet. The property location is convenient to restaurants, other hotels and the ski lifts. It has nice amenities and we would recommend to others.

Perfect weekend and location to get away and not worry about anything. Seamless check in and check out. Property managers were easy to work with and easy to reach. All yotel staff were polite and eager to assist. Room was perfect size, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again!

Great place to stay if you don't mind a very small room .

Nice resort with a friendly staff. Not really ski in ski out but it's just a 5 min walk to the slopes. Room is very clean but a little smaller than expected. Just think Ikea.

Just right.

Clean, concise, and just what we needed for our getaway. The Murphy bed design was great, views were perfect, and the amenities were everything! The bedsheets and soft pillows were to die for! We experienced a weird boiled egg odor from the running water, but after letting it all run to “clear the filter” for awhile, as the front desk recommended, it was fine. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Location is awesome, a short walk and then up some stairs (30-40?) to the main lift/lesson/restaurant area. Also 20 yards from the shuttle bus down to the bus terminal, where you can jump a 10/101 to the Main St Transit Center. Never waited more than 10 minutes between shuttle rides all week. Condo is great - a little more cramped than the photos lead you to believe but great for a couple, well stocked kitchen, super comfy mattress in the main murphy bed.

Location was great, easy access to the base. Nice having the small kitchen and coffee maker. There were dried contacts stuck to one of the bunk beds, old towel, and prior renter's clothes left in the unit - so cleanliness was not that great. Everything else looked fine, but left me wondering how well the unit was cleaned. Appreciated the free ski rental for one, but it's at another location - not the base where Yotel is, so you have to Uber or take public transport over.

Bait and Switch Listing

I rented a one bedroom condo/suite and planned to stay in the bedroom and have a guest stay in the living room/couch area. I rented this specific unit based on the pictures and I shared the pictures out to my guest and referred to them several times prior to my arrival. When I arrived, I was told that the unit I rented was a studio. I left a message with the owner describing the issue. The management company onsite was no help and could not get me another unit. As I was planning to ski, and arrived in the evening, I could not book another location to stay at. I tried to call VRBO several times but could not wait on hold that long during my vacation. I tried to use the online form to report this issue and my rental/contract # would not work with the online form. Prior to this stay, I have had good experiences with VRBO, but now I realize if something goes wrong, it is very difficult to get assistance if the owner is not responsive. So I now have reservations about using VRBO.

This is where you need to be. Slope side, 50 foot walk to gondola. Crazy awesome amenities. The game room, lounge, patio, hot tub and pool are perfect. The parking garage is convenient and the ski and boot valet is LEGIT!!!
