Communication was top-notch! Molly was so helpful, clear, and prompt in her replies! Everything was perfect for what we needed. The location was right in the center of MB and within walking to distance to everything. We enjoyed the bay at night (if you go around 9PM, you can catch the Sea World drone show!) and the restaurants and bars right across from the home and up the street. It was well-appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely rent one of Molly's homes again!

Perfect location, I will discourage a vehicle here, if you’re on the fence about renting a car. You don’t need one. For ease of directing Uber or Lyft, use the shop Boutiki as the point of drop off and pick up, the rental is the next house right behind the shop. Support local businesses and use your sunscreen! What a beautiful place!

No onsite parking. You have to fight for street parking and walk. Unit is small, but clean. Hot water not always available if other unit using first. Shared laundry with other unit, not always available. Host was quick to respond when we couldn’t find entrance to unit. Air conditioning a plus, but window unit loud and cycled on and off. It caused fluctuations in temperature. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella included.

The listing clearly states that there is no onsite parking. Parking in this beach neighborhood can be challenging, especially during busy weekends, holidays, and the summer months, so we encourage guests to plan accordingly. I was surprised to hear about the hot water concern, as the property is equipped with a tankless water heater that should provide continuous hot water. I was not aware of this issue during your stay, but I will have the system inspected to ensure it is functioning properly. I'm glad you found the unit clean, appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, and that we were able to respond quickly when you needed help finding the entrance.

I've rented vrvos for many, many years and there's no one like Molly! She has the cutest place and it is literally so close to the beach. You're going to totally love it. It's clean. She takes care of it perfectly. She's got a bed in the unit that I wanted to drag home it's so comfortable, and she's so wonderful and that really adds to your experience. I definitely will rent from her again and I would recommend that you do too.

The host, Molly, was wonderful! We booked a small studio near the beach, but Molly called us b we ore our stay to let us know a pipe burst in the studio. Thankfully, she had another beach cottage available that was an amazing upgrade—free of charge. It was a pleasant experience all the way through, and we’ll definitely be staying again :).

Cute and comfy in a walkable area

My daughter and I got perfectly into this little house and were able to easily walk or Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The beach is close and great for families and there were great food options right down the street. The hostess was quick to communicate and really went out of her way to help us feel comfortable! I would absolutely stay here again.

Great little spot with easy access to shops, restaurants, and things to do. The studio had a very strong smell, not necessarily a bad odor, just very strong and overpowering. Not sure what it was. Even my 10 year old was commenting on it. We got used to it by the 3rd day though. Other than that everything was clean and as described and we enjoyed our stay.
