Right in the heart of OC downtown! This spacious, renovated beach style apartment is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay. We do rent to high school seniors. Pets are allowed. Charged $30-$35 per pet per night. Extra people pay $35.00 per night. Just a few steps away from the beach and boardwalk near all of the amusements and famous restaurants. Comfortable bedding, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, new bathrooms, parking and central AC. A spacious and accommodating unit for a large family and group of friends alike with friendly service guaranteed. Hope to see you soon!

I booked the place for my son and friends. When they tried to check in, they were told there was a sewage problem, and they couldn't stay there. There we put in another place. In fact, the group was split up into two condos. They were told it was " more expensive" but it was a dump. To make matters worse, when they went by the original place, it was occupied by someone else, so they were lied to. I would like to have some of my money refunded because we did not get what we paid for. The place they were switched to small and in bad condition and they had a bad week as result. I feel like if they were taken advantage of because of their age. Please let me know how much money I will be refunded.
