This was our 1st time staying at this unit on this property. The unit was clean & overall well maintained. Ceiling fans throughout. Paint colors were neutral & pleasing. Wall & counter clutter were light. Appliances were clean & worked-Toaster, coffee pot, keurig, microwave, double oven with glasstop. Loved the fridge. Very nice utensils & cookware. Loved the Bibbity Bobbity Boo coffee mug. Shower heads were fancy. LR furniture was a surprise-electric adjustments. Towel & sheet service were better than expected-Heavy fluffy towels. Wooden & tiled flooring. We would stay here again. Some suggestions: Freezer filter & house filter needed changing. When Main BR bed hits wall, electric in that room turns off. Breaker was not flipped. Outlets in Kitchen need to be switched out to grounded outlets. Outlets near kitchen sink didn't work. Curtains on front BR glass block windows needed as light streams in. Shower curtain in bathroom was yellow/crispy from use. Steamclean tile grout 1-2x year. Fobs needed to enter building & no fobs given for check-in nor in unit. Entry code needed to be typed in 2x for entry. Cleaning crew working on building- pressure washer caused front entry way into unit to flood.

The property was very nice. We likedThe 3 bathrooms,with grandchildren itworked out good.Also,we liked the large kitchen.whenPreparing meals for 6,it was great. Loved the pool & hot tub.Close to beach. Walked it everyday.
