Wonderful Sunnyisles beach Condo.

We had a great stay at this Condo. The view of the intercoastal waterway was incredible. This place has all great working appliances and the beds were cozy. The host Steeven was very easy to communicate with and very informative. I highly recommend this place for the location, beach,and hotel amenities.

No issue with the host, he was fine. The issue is the building is rundown. if this is a renovated unit, I'd hate to see what a non-renovated unit is. They charge 30 per day for parking - which is fine if it didn't take half hour to get your car each time you want it. You have to plan a half hour ahead - and you're paying 30 a day !!! very little english spoken in the building. building has several sections including the pool area that are under construction - which should have been told to us. with a 11 night stay - they gave us 1 roll of toiletpaper, 1 roll papertowel, and a couple towels that they don't ever exchange. had to buy everything too.
