Wonderfully close to the rest of Cap Hill. Property was clean and easy to get to - very direct. Dedicated off-street parking, AC units on each floor, and a comprehensive guest book that gave very helpful instructions for each stage of our stay. Would stay again!
Clean. Location was nice. We were here in the summer and the portable AC provided kept the house very cool. We did not spend any time outside but I appreciated the privacy of the front yard. Great communication with the host. I thought parking in the alley would be an issue but it was not. I have an SUV and parking while backing in was better than I thought.
Well appointed and clean house. The location is great for bus and walkability. So great that there’s a parking spot! Check in was super easy. The host is very responsive and any issues we had were handled quickly and professionally. Would definitely stay again.
This was our first trip to Seattle and this house was well placed to explore both Capital Hill and Downtown (if you are up for a walk). The house is very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The deck and garden were a nice way to relax between ventures out. Overall a great stay.
This place was very nice and well-equipped. Hosts/management were very nice and responsive. Great kitchen and very nice coffee and tea left for guests. Unbeatable location! The only thing renters should be aware of is that the bedroom upstairs is essentially an attic room with no insulation facing the sun. It was hot upstairs when we stayed there, and the air conditioner had to work hard to keep the room at 70 degrees at night, even when set to 65 degrees. Most of the year, I think the temps would be comfortable. Also, the property seems to be in the flight path to the airport, so the airplane noise is pretty loud in addition to sirens, etc. that are typical in a city. If you are a light sleeper, this may be a problem.
Really enjoyed the place. Great location for the hospital. Very responsive when I had any questions. Will definitely try to get this one again. There are quite a few stairs and the bathroom is upstairs so got in steps.
Our family of four (2 kids) very much enjoyed this perfectly located, cozy house. It served as the perfect anchor for exploring Seattle. When we took tours of the Market, Aquarium, and the Space Needle we had multiple public transit options to get back with ease. The house is also nestled in a great neighborhood with multiple coffee and restaurant options. The house itself had plenty of space to decompress after a day and night of sightseeing. Staying here certainly added to our great vacation.

Lauren did a great job communicating to us about check-in and check-out. Overall we found the property to be clean, comfortable and well appointed. We would not hesitate to book again the next time we visit Seattle.
The property was easy to get to and located close to public transit, restaurants and activities. The host was very communicative throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend staying at this rental!
Loved the location of this amazing house. Minutes from amazing restaurants, public transport, and the grocery. The house is nice and comfortable with everything you might need and parking even for a mini van! Great stay!

This updated home was spotless, with comfortable beds, and in a great downtown location. Off street parking made the stay that much more convenient. We highly recommend it!
This home is very charming. The private patio area in the front and the gardens are beautiful. It’s like a little hideaway in the city. The interior of the home is well appointed and we really enjoyed our weekend in Seattle and would highly recommend staying here.
This condo was awesome. It was in a great area. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Had a great time and would stay here again if we came to Seattle.

We (Jessica, Phil and Alo) live part-time in Seattle and part-time in Nelson, New Zealand. We love having access to a rural community in New Zealand and then landing in the middle of the city in Seattle. We manage to spend most days walking around Capitol Hill - out for brunch at the Skillet with a hello to the crane operators on the way, down to Cal Anderson Park and maybe an ice cream on a nice day before a late afternoon in Volunteer Park. We love being able so close to such a huge diversity of restaurants, bars, parks and things to do. We hope you enjoy our house and all that Seattle has to offer.
