Close to everything on Venice Island yet quiet and private-all amenities. 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer, large lanai, paver patio and yard . 2 blocks to beach.Parking for 2 vehicles outside your door-no steps.
Enjoy the beaches, legacy trail for biking 1 block away, endless restaurants, parks, shopping theatre,boating, golf. Look for sharks teeth and never leave the island. Central location to everything. So many repeat guests!! If you have a large party contact me about renting both properties!!

Clean, quiet and all you need

Comfortable cottage for two adults, plus. Very clean with plenty of cookware if you need it. The surrounding area was very quiet for night time sleeping and felt very safe. The easy access to the beach and to the main road leading to stores, dining and activities was a plus. Gayle, the owner answered my two phone calls promptly and helpfully.

Clean and safe area

Accommodations were clean and in excellent repair. Property owner communication for minor troubleshooting was lightening fast. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This is my second time staying here. I stayed last year in the other unit. Gayle is very accommodating and the unit is modern, clean and in a convenient location. I recommend either unit as you won't be disappointed.
