Villa's interior boasts the most up to date appliances, Parachute sheets and towels and cosmetic products from Malin&Goetz.

Developed in the 1920s, South Harbor Island is Wrightsville Beach's most picturesque neighborhood. The mature Live Oaks, sidewalk streets, and waterfront neighborhood parks make it an ideal location to ride bikes, launch a paddle board, and catch the sunset.

Getting Around:
There are 2 off-street parking spots at Villa Marguerita and 2 spots on the street. The walk to the beach is less than .5 miles and takes less than 10 minutes.

Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

Simple

Charming house in an a unique neighborhood with no through traffic. Attractive interior with nice lines. I would have like at least one lamp in the living room and a comfortable reading chair. Given I went in December I spent quite a bit of my time inside.
