This 2 Br condo is located in Laurel Court inside Kingston Resort. It's located on the 2nd floor with an elevator access. It's renovated with new flooring, furniture, and new paint. This adorable condo features a king bed en suite and another king bed in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Laurel Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Laurel Court 207 in Kingston Plantation. This unit was by far our favorite—it truly offers a homey and cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. The peaceful setting made it an ideal getaway. The location was fantastic, too, providing easy access to everything we needed. Additionally, working with B2 Vacations was a pleasure. They were incredibly accommodating and made our experience even better. Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful retreat!

This place was very cozy and had everything you need to enjoy beach time. Beds were very comfortable and the location was fantastic. Super easy access to beach and pool. Screened in back porch was a little slice of heaven! Perfect recipe for a nap! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfectly balanced vacation.

Staying at Kingston plantation was a perfect choice. The amenities offered gave the feeling of a spa resort with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The spacious units felt like home, comfortable and secure. The best of both worlds for a perfectly balanced vacation.

Amazing Condo

I’ve never stayed at a more beautiful condo. It was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and big TV’s in every room. We enjoyed going to the Black Drum in the Kingston property for a great lunch overlooking the ocean, fishing in the pond and feeding the turtles just a few feet from the balcony, and enjoying drinking coffee on the balcony where you can see the ocean. I will definitely be back, so much to do just in a mile radius restaurants, golfing, and shopping.

Great place to stay!

Loved everything about the place! The condo itself was charming and very clean. Plenty of space inside. The full kitchen and in room laundry were very convenient. My favorite part was being so close to the beach and the little bridge that crosses the lake. Spent a good amount of time by the turtles. Never seen so many turtles in one lake before, that was cool! I'll definitely come back sometime!

The perfect home away from home

Our family had the best time at this condo! It’s very modern and spacious with a beautiful view on the screened in balcony of the water. The location is perfect, you are right by the beach and the pool along with so many amenities and fun things to do nearby. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner was quick to respond with any questions while we stayed and all of the people we met there were so kind and genuine. 10/10 amazing place to stay and make memories that will last forever we highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This was a fun and relaxing get away at a beautiful resort!

This beautiful resort is in walking distance to the beach! There was so much to see and do like swimming in the beautiful pool, feeding the turtles and ducks, shopping close by, and many restaurants to pick from. If you wanted to cook the apartment was completely furnished (except food!! Lol). The place is beautifully decorated and would not disappoint anyone. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back again!

Just What the Doctor Ordered

My daughter and I enjoyed a relaxing week in this unit. It was clean and beautifully decorated and had a Key West vibe. Communications with the owner were always pleasant and he immediately addressed any areas of concern. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Anything needed for the beach was also available on the screened in porch -- an area that we enjoyed with our morning coffee. All in all, a great week for me in preparation for major surgery. You will not be disappointed.

The Laurel Court condo accommodation are top notch with convenient beach access just steps away!

A Blissful Beach Retreat! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a beach vacation that exceeded all expectations! The pristine shoreline, with its powdery white sand, stretched for miles. Beautiful turquoise waters gently lapped at the shore, creating a serene soundtrack to our days. The accommodation was top-notch, only steps away from breathtaking ocean views from our cozy room. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, ensuring our every need was met. The amenities were outstanding, from the most comfortable bed to the inviting pool areas. Exploring the local cuisine was a culinary adventure! Fresh seafood and tropical fruits were a delight to the taste buds. We enjoyed the many restaurants within walking distance from the condo. This beach vacation was a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. I returned home rejuvenated, with memories that will be cherished forever. I can't wait to return to this idyllic paradise!

Laurel Court has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and easy beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and sea fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the lakeside setting from the balcony.
