Very nice apartment on the third floor, within walking distance of downtown and close to a few restaurants and a coffee shop. Actually has a 3rd bedroom. 1 parking space onsite, street parking was not difficult to find for the other car we brought.

This was a perfect space for a wedding weekend in Newport. Clean, plenty of open room for hanging out, and multiple bathrooms is a plus. Great location, easy walk to center of downtown.

Great Apartment! Clean, nice decor, and perfect location! I would absolutely recommend this place and rent here again. Only note is there is actually 3 full bed rooms. So plenty of room for sure!

A hidden gem!

This spot in Newport truly was a hidden gem. Steps away from 3 delis, multiple restaurants and bars and parking on site (one spot) but also street parking made our stay great. The beds and couches were incredibly comfortable. Would 100% recommend!

We had a great stay overall and would recommend this property. The location is outstanding—everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and local attractions, so we rarely needed to drive. Parking was also easy and convenient.The home was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it was well stocked with the amenities needed to make it feel like a true home away from home.A couple of areas could be improved. Communication before and during our stay wasn't always as responsive as we had hoped, although everything ultimately worked out. We also arrived during a heat wave, and the inside of the home was well over 100 degrees. It would have been nice if the air conditioners had been turned on before our arrival so the home was comfortable when we checked in.The staircase leading to the third-floor bedroom could also use a little TLC, as it shows some wear.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent location and comfortable accommodations. With a few small improvements, this would easily be a five-star experience.

Great location and well kept!! We appreciated the coffee that was provided by the host as we did arrive later than expected and stores were closed. It did get cold in one of the bedrooms but they had space heaters to use which was nice. Only thing I would caution others on is the stairs- they are very narrow and steep. That was difficult to carry out luggage up. Other than that it was a great place to stay.
