This top floor two bedroom-one bath Condo has panoramic water views from the private balcony area.
Great for family vacationing with at King size bed in the Master and two twin bed sets in the Guest Bedroom. There is a sofa sleeper as well to provide sleep space for extra Guests.

OLD and NOT MAINTAINED

We were extremely disappointed. The glass door in master bedroom wouldn't open, kitchen was old and we didn't think it safe to use stove or range, bathroom was old and needs work on the plumbing, the windows are so old they don't keep the noise out and air comes in thru the frames. I definitely feel I was charged too much for this unit and would never recommend it. I want a partial refund it was that bad!!!!

I would agree that there has not been kitchen and bath remodeling done. The windows are due to be replaced by the Association. There was a hurricane claim pending. The unit is clean and everything is functional AND you certainly cant beat the beautiful views from the balcony! We will not offer any refund but we would extend you a 10% discount on a return stay through our agency in any property of your choice. Peg Horizons Rentals

Great location condo in desperate need of updating.

The location was great and so was the view on the patio but inside condo needs lots of updating. Email sent to check in was super vague and led us to a drop box clear across town then no explanation of building number or that there was a dedicated parking spot (nice perk) and no one reached out to make sure we were in or had questions. Location has a lot of offer. Didn’t realize how our dated and run down it was until we visited our friends unit in the same building for the same rental price. We will definitely come back to Marco just will look closer to find a nicer condo.
