Family friendly, 1MBR, 2BATH, SLEEPS 6, spectacular water front view, 2 pools!

Our property is casual and comfortable and hopefully it will make you smile! Enjoy a peaceful week of beautiful weather, expansive waterviews, access to 2 heated pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball, shuffle board and so much more. Explore all the local eateries/ bars and music - so many within walking distance. Our condo OPENS into a TV/Room with Queen size Murphy “wall “ bed (sleeps 2) equipped with a swivel chair, Roku TV, and to the right is the queen size master bedroom with a cable TV and Full Bath with handrails. As you continue into this spacious condo you will find a walk-in kitchen with all amenities and a two seat bar area followed by a comfortable living area with a pull out queen size sofa bed & loveseat, swivel chair, smart cable TV - and a beautiful three door slider with expansive water views leading out to a large, screened in Lanai with a four chair table plus…where you can read a book or a have a cocktail or dinner while enjoying the boats coming and going and the occasional pod of dolphin swimming by. Right beyond the LR is a 6 person dining table for family dinners or game/card playing, and finally to the right of table is the second full size bathroom with vanity area, shower/tub. We welcome families and children. There is fishing from the docks, boat and bike rentals down the road, walking distance to popular Restaurants/shops in Olde Marco, a 5 - 10 minute drive to local beaches. Tennis racquets, pickle ball paddles, beach towels, chairs, beach umbrellas, pails, shovels etc , and two bikes are available in unit for use with care. Please Enjoy your stay and treat our place as it is your own. We hope you love it as much as we do! All we ask is that you return whatever you use - in the same “clean” condition that it was found. Smile, and have a good time - we always do.

The Condo was great! Full kitchen with all the things you need! Great views! Plenty of space four family of 5. They even have 3 bike you can use!Pool is great, wish they would push the closing time past dusk.

We have been coming to Riverside for over 30 years - enjoying many holidays and special times with our family. It is a peaceful, beautiful place to visit. There is something for everyone. We thoroughly enjoy the amenities and the many popular destinations, restaurants, beaches surrounding Riverside. You can be as active or sedentary as you like. Sit back relax and enjoy!

What makes this property unique

It has what I think are the most beautiful
Views of the action packed Marco River from anywhere on the island. You are never bored just sitting on the lanai. There is nothing better except maybe lounging poolside, playing tennis, pickle ball, and or shuffle board right on the premises, or venturing out to one of Marco’s public beaches, or exploring the area by bike, or trying out a few of the amazing local restaurants, some of the most popular are in walking distance. You can do as much as you want or as little as you want.
