The space
Centrally located with protected access to paved, gravel and mountain bike trails from the neighborhood. Garage for secure bike storage (bike not included but plenty of places to rent while you’re here). Fully functioning kitchen that provides all the basics.
Guest access
Off-street parking for two cars in the driveway, single car garage for securing your bikes. Additional street parking available.
Other things to note
Wifi is strong throughout the house for those needing to work from home. The TV has all of you favorite apps to login or cast from your phone once connected to the internet. Please include all children and pets in your booking requests. Additional nightly pet fees of $10 per pet per night for short term stays, and $5 per night for up to two pets for long term stays. For more than two pets, please contact us for pet fees. These fees cover additional cleaning costs, and we will schedule access with you for these additional cleanings during your long-term stays.
