This beautiful apartment in the center of Split has 70 m2, a terrace a jacuzzi, and air conditioning in every room. The sea is 50 m away.This unique accommodation is close to all points of interest, making it easy to plan your visit.The city center and the old Diocletian's Palace are a 15-minute walk away. It has a private garage with 2 parking spaces & an elevator from the garage to the apartment. Flat is on the 3rd floor of a new building.
Iit has air conditioning in every room, 2 flat screen TVs, a jacuzzi, a terrace. With the construction of a hotel in front of the building, unfortunately we no longer have a view of the sea and beach. The concrete construction work on the hotel has been completed, the hotel is being decorated inside, so the noise is kept to a minimum.
It has a safe - a key to open the apartment. Own parking in the garage for 2 parking spaces with remote control. You enter the elevator from the garage and go directly to the apartment.

Why they chose this property
With the construction of a hotel in front of the apartment, unfortunately we no longer have a view of the beach and the sea. The concrete works on the hotel are finished, now the interior of the hotel is being decorated, so that the noise is reduced to a minimum. The apartment is still 5 minutes away from Bačvice beach. Thank you dear guests for your understanding. We wish you a pleasant stay in our apartment and our Split.

Stop the car with 4 blinkers on the left side of the road, on the extension, and opposite the parking lot and opposite the Jadranska 11 building. Cross the street and enter the building using Code 1964# at the green entrance door of the building at house number 11 on the ground floor. -Inside the building on the ground floor near the green front door on the right-on the wall is a black safe for apartment keys and a parking space in the garage. Press the safe with your palm and type in the code. The code to open the safe is 65400121 - there you will also have the white key for the entrance to the parking lot - an iron door, and press the first button to open that door, then when you enter the parking lot, press the second button on the white key and there you have it for the entrance to the garage ./ the parking and garage doors close automatically / Your parking space in the garage is on the left under serial number 22. You can park on the ramp or, if you wish, you can also raise the ramp. From the garage you have an elevator up to the 3rd floor, where there is an apartment with a Belas tile on the door. And if you come without a car, on the ground floor at the main entrance number 11 - you have the above-mentioned code for entering the building, and the key safe on the right on the wall, and there on the ground floor - on the right - is the elevator for the 3rd floor. Inside the apartment, there is a bar code on the door for registration of every guest who comes to the apartment. This is an e-visitor application. We wish you a pleasant stay.
