3 Otter Lane is a charming, two-level Sunriver vacation home that provides the ideal location, space, and style for your stay in this amazing destination. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests at a time.

Step through the front door and into the lap of comfort as you indulge in this home’s spacious living room that includes cozy wood burning fireplace, comfortable sofa and a matching loveseat and armchair for the ultimate place to kick back and relax and enjoy your favorite show on a large flat-screen television.

The living room and dining room are connected by gorgeous hardwood flooring. The dining room includes a table made to seat six that sits adjacent to a spacious kitchen. A breakfast bar, plenty of counter space and stainless-steel appliances makes it easy to cook up something on a moment’s notice.

On the main level you will find a full bathroom. Head upstairs to find a second full bathroom and a spacious King bedroom complete with work station. The second upstairs bedroom offers a Queen bed and the third bedroom is suited for young travelers with two twin-over-twin bunk beds situated within.

Outdoors, guests who stay in this home will enjoy a low open deck perfect for either relaxation or play. The addition of a private hot tub and BBQ grill make it endlessly appealing to spend time outside in the fresh air with family and friends.

When it’s time to get out and make the most of Sunriver’s many beautiful bike paths, do so using one of four adult multi-speed bikes which can be found in the attached garage ready to be enjoyed.

Work trip

My husband and I stayed a few days for a work event. The house was very clean and relaxing. They even honored our early check in request. Home was well maintained. No complaints other than I wish the hot tub was hotter but that is a personal preference.

Family Getaway

Overall the house was comfortable and in a great location. 8 SHARC passes were limited since gym use was not included which was a disappointment. No soap in kitchen sink or in downstairs restroom. Also, check-out was at 10 am which was not ideal. We travel a lot and on average 11 am or 12 noon is the standard. We asked for a later check out upon making the reservation (with no response) - just to provide time for family to shower and get ready with two bathrooms but the management was not kind to grant even though check in for new guests if booked is 5 pm. We might return - not 100% sure.

Review and little improvements

The proper is awesome! The web site description is accurate. The house was clean and has all necessary stuff (towels, plates, forks etc.) for our vacation! I was so happy to see dry wood in the garage for the fire place. Also, it's very close to the mountains, 25 minutes away. Generally, me and frinds of mine are satisfied and happy, and we would rent the house nexth year. Here are some small improvements if you need : an electric kettle, decrease amount of dishes and cups(no room for our stuff), it takes long time to get hot water at upstairs showre(its more spendy for you.), TV works very slow, remove lihts around the hot tub (they dont work but people try yo turn them on)... Thes are improvements if you want to consider them. Overall experience is awesome! Thanks!
