Thank you for your review, we apology for the condition of the pool and lack of beach directional signage. The pool is older and needs to be resurfaced. It appears dirty, however it’s is just stained. We are scheduled to have the pool resurfacing done 4th quarter 2023. We have just had our sign for the beach directions replaced after the hurricane 🌀 swept it away. We do hope you will stay with us again.

I find this accusation very strong for a situation I have never encountered before. I also did not receive all the calls mentioned, so I’m confused by that claim. Sometimes, guests have elaborate ways of trying to get funds from hosts and property managers, which is very unfortunate but does happen. Seems fishy to me. Nevertheless, we sent you a full refund.
