Location was great for us, however, we did have one vehicle that did have difficulty going up the gravel road to exit the area. It was peaceful, beautiful.

I am so happy you enjoyed your time on the River. It is a very unique location, offering a stones throw to the water, eagles, world class fishing. Most of our guest love the seclusion and serenity. To enjoy this special place, you must travel on a gravel road which is 90% of Northern Arkansas. We recommend 4 wheel drive, or all wheel drive vehicles. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us, hope to see you again.
What a spectacular weekend our family had. This lovely house played a major role in making the weekend such a success. It had plenty of room with great views. Everyone loved the place. I highly recommend this property.
Property was very close to the river, enjoyed the decks. Beds were a little firm not many pots and pans to cook with went and bought a few more ice in door did not keep up for our 13 people. Over all we enjoyed our stay
Nice property with nice river view. Wooded area accessed by well maintained road. House is clean and plenty of room for friends and family. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a private retreat for family and friends.
Our family (kids and grandkids) enjoyed the spacious property and the house. The house is nestled under trees which made it cooler. We loved eating out on the deck that looked out over the river. We were able to put our kayaks in the water from the little pier located on the property. The kitchen was well supplied and the bedrooms comfortable. This is a great spot for a family vacation or getaway.
We had 11 guys stay for a long weekend fishing the White River. What a beautiful house and setting. Everyone loved the solitude, scenery and accommodations. Kenneth has a gorgeous property and well appointed. He has everything you need and is very hospitable. I would recommend this house for anyone wanting to be by themselves.
The house was amazing inside and out. Bedrooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. The views were just breathtaking of the river and beautiful yard. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and dronking our coffee on the balcony watching the river. The kids loved the upstairs bunk room. Our golden retriever loved the property too. Kenneth the property owner was very friendly and goes out his way to make sure everything is easy and perfect for your stay. Will be oming back many years to come.
Great hosts. Very responsive to questions. House and property is amazing. House was very clean. Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Fire pit was great for fellowship and s’mores. I can’t say enough about the view from the deck. Just wow. Great fishing! My daughter actually saw a fish swim near her and instead of casting just dangled her hook in the water and caught it! When the water is down a bit there’s an “island” maybe 40 feet from the bank of the river. It makes the perfect spot for the kids to fish and swim without worrying about the current of the river. We will definitely be coming back!
