Located in a historic Summerland initially built in 1844 and thoughtfully updated by the current owner, this space features spectacular coastal views overlooking the ocean and the Channel Islands.

The two bedrooms provide sleeping for seven (one bedroom is fully private with a queen bed and a day bed, while the other has a curtain door, bunk beds, and ocean views). The spacious kitchen and dining area are great for sharing meals with family and friends.

The great room includes lots of space, a comfortable seating area, a dining area overlooking the town of Summerland and the ocean, a TV/game area, a workspace, and a yoga corner (or dance floor for the kids!).
