ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to All Decked Out in Seagrove Beach. This luxurious coastal home has everything and more you could want in a beach vacation home. There's 5000 sq ft of deck and porch space, a private pool with a large spa and an outdoor entertainment area that includes a kitchen with an ice maker, sink and dishwasher, plus a two-story roof top deck!. With so much to enjoy just on the outside of the house, you may not want to go inside… but you definitely should. The first floor will keep the kids entertained with a recreational area, access to the pool and bunk room that sleeps six (6). The second floor is an open concept designed space with a state-of-the-art kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace as well as access to the front and back decks. The third floor has four bedrooms, and the top two floors includes a wet bar and observation decks, covered and uncovered so you can gaze at the night sky. The sun deck has two gas fire pits with Adirondack seating. This top deck would make the perfect backdrop to a proposal, engagement celebration or wedding.
ABOUT THE AREA: Seagrove is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Watersound, it offers an array of public beach accesses and great restaurants. You'll find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party's needs. Take a quick bike ride east in the opposite direction, and you can find yourself at the Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach or want a different experience. From long walks on the beach, to taking Jeeps off road, 30a has everything you and your guests will need to enjoy a great beach get away.
BEACH ACCESS: Beach access is a two-minute walk less than 500 ft away, straight down N Andalusia Avenue.

PARKING: There are 4 – 6 parking spaces available depending on the size of vehicle.

• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• Use of Private Elevators is restricted to individuals age 18+ unless accompanied by an adult. Resetting an elevator due to misuse will be subject to a $250 trip charge.
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for lack of or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
