This gorgeous 6 bedroom home features coastal contemporary design, sweeping views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, a private pool/spa, cruiser bikes, fire pit patio, and your own private dock for paddling and kayaking on the lake directly behind the home!

Picture yourself waking up to the sounds of gentle waves and plentiful sunshine lighting up the brilliant blue waters and white sand beaches of Dune Allen on Scenic 30A. Sip a morning coffee and soak up the sunshine and views on the plentiful balconies offering gulf, beach and lake vistas. Enjoy the coastal contemporary design of 30A Morning Surf, inspired by the natural surroundings. The home is light and bright inside, designed to welcome the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico right into your living space! You'll love the open plan kitchen-living-dining area, which features a wall of windows embracing the beaches and Gulf. Light and bright interiors are tastefully decorated with vivid colors and elegant design pieces. The dining area features a solid wood table for family gatherings, and the adjacent kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you could want or need to prepare a gourmet meal!

This beautiful vacation home stands tall on one of the best spots along 30A, with the beach access being an easy stroll, directly across the street. Accessibility is stress-free, with ample parking and several of the bedrooms situated on the ground level.

The pool and spa are easily accessed through the pool gate at the front of the home. 30A Morning Surf also features an entrance at the rear of the home, with an additional patio and "beach gear wall" for hanging/storing all the beach gear!

With bedding provided for up to 16 guests, every room at 30A Morning Surf is well appointed with coastal contemporary design accents throughout. Each bedroom features a private bathroom with individualized design accents and tile work.

The master suite is located on the third floor and is simply amazing, featuring a king size bed, expansive gulf views, private balcony, and a private bathroom so large it is a suite in and of itself!

In addition to the wonderful location, views and natural beauty of 30A Morning Surf, you'll also love the private pool and spa. The pool is large, featuring several several sparkling wall fountains, and a spa for relaxing and soaking. There’s also plenty of space for sunning and grilling.

The beach access is directly in front of the home, just across Scenic 30A. The Dune Allen Beach area is one of the best on 30A. Only moderately developed, and a local "go-to" spot, the beaches are less crowded, and the pace of life is slower.

In addition, you've still got multiple options for shopping and dining within a mile of the home - if you're feeling adventurous, you can even paddle to one of the restaurants directly from your private dock!

Destin, Sandestin, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Malls are all just a few minutes drive time away.

Excellent location straight across from Public Beach access so nothing blocking our view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Nice large common area for a lot of people. Kim and Andy were great to work with. We had one issue with the pool and they were on it immediately and had it taken care of. We’ll definitely recommend this property and will book again.

Our family of 15 stayed there comfortably. The location is amazing- directly across the street from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Our teens enjoyed the bikes, kayak and paddle board. Convenient to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Uninterrupted views of the gulf and just steps from the front door of this beautiful property.The house is gorgeous, clean, and well appointed with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. What a great location and fantastic home. Girls trip and we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. Perfect gathering are on middle floor. Pool and hot tub were clean and ready to use! Right across public beach access and walking distance from coffee and other food. Was a great stay!

Family vacation success

We had an awesome stay! The layout of the house was just what we needed for our family vacation. We we’re able to put all kids on one floor, mother in law (the cook) on the middle floor closest to kitchen and adults on the 3rd floor. The house was perfect for all ages, equipped with high chair for toddlers and an elevator for adults.

Best Vacation Ever

We had a fabulous time at this property! There was something for everyone. We LOVED the proximity to the beach and the private pool and the older kids enjoyed the lake behind and went fishing daily. We also loved the fire pit. Everything about this vacation was amazing. We had an issue with the AC and the pool pump while we were there and they were both handled immediately. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was an awesome place to stay! Close to the beach, walking distance was so easy even with 2 small kids. The pool was perfect. We had so much room to work with also. Very spacious. My only request would be to add a coffee machine to the top floor. It would have been nice to have had that. Would love to visit again if we can!

This is an exceptional property. We have stayed at many locations along 30A and this is easily our favorite. The closeness to the beach is a huge advantage. You cross a small road and public parking lot but the boardwalk takes you quickly to the beach. You can see the beach from the 2nd and 3rd floors of the property. The house itself had many upgrades; we rarely ate out so the kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and pots/pans. The pool and heated spa were very nice and we utilized them daily. Having bikes included was a nice feature so we didn't have to rent them. We had several in the family that like to fish so they were able to fish off the back dock and the shoreline. The check-in process was very efficient; communication with owners from booking to checkin was excellent. Impressive all around!

Awesome location! Beach and water were beautiful and never crowded. We had 6 adults and 7 kids (3-12 years old). Pool was used every day (morning shade and afternoon sun). Kitchen was nice, we used it for breakfast and lunch everyday. Everyone loved the beds and layout worked great for our group. It’s the perfect location if you love going to the beach everyday or multiple times a day. They responded to all our questions even restaurant recommendations and they were spot on! Hope to stay here next year.

Amazing Location

Perfect house for our group of 3 families (6 adults, 4 kids). Had an extra King room, so could have even had another family join us. We enjoyed having a dock with Allen lake access (1 kayak & 2 paddle boards were available). We could walk across the street and be at the beach. The pool was heated for us (paid extra) and it was nice & private. Easy to walk to Stinky's for dinner and everything else can be biked to. We rented E Bikes for our trip and having the bike path off the front of the house was so convenient. There are 4 cruiser bikes at the property. We'd all stay here again.

Wonderful Beach House!

We will repeat what many others have said. The location is fabulous. Because the house is across from a parking lot, you don't have other houses blocking view. Very easy walk to beach! House is very well stocked, including beach items. Pool is bigger than appears in photos. Andy & Kim were VERY easy to communicate with and super responsive. House fit our needs wonderfully with bath in every bedroom. A couple of the bedrooms were bigger and could accommodate pack N plays. House DOES have one pack N play and a booster/hichair. Kitchen and great room are on midlevel, which was nice. Great room was smaller than we wish, but ok. The firepit is nice and large. There is an extra frig in the laundry room upstairs. Very wonderful house. We will definitely keep it on our radar for future Florida beach weeks.

Perfect Set for a Big Chill Remake!

Our family, ranging in age from 8 to 91, found this VRBO location to be an absolute gem, perfect for a modern remake of 'The Big Chill'. The property offers an ideal balance of spaces for communal gatherings and quiet retreats. With its close proximity to the beach just across the street, our days were filled with sun, sand, and sea. One of the highlights was the array of amenities provided. The inclusion of bikes allowed us to explore the surrounding area effortlessly, enjoying the ample bike and walking paths that weave through the scenic landscape. For those seeking relaxation, the property boasts both a pool and a hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure or just for enjoying a lazy afternoon. The house itself catered perfectly to our large family with its six bedrooms and six bathrooms, ensuring that everyone had their own private space. This layout was particularly appreciated, as it allowed for both togetherness and privacy, catering to all ages and preferences within our group. A memorable moment was gathering around the firepit for a shrimp cocktail, sharing stories and laughter under the stars. This experience epitomized the warmth and comfort the property offered us. Spending the week between Christmas and New Year's here was a fantastic experience. Being new to Route 30A, we were pleasantly surprised by the charm and variety of the area. It offered us a blend of relaxation and exploration-Our hosts were fantastic and responsive!
