Set right on the banks of the Cowlitz River, the home offers stunning views of Mt. Rainier. Great place with nice river access, good outdoor and indoor spaces to relax, fit our larger group well, clean and had all the amenities. I would recommend going here for nice relaxation and to enjoy the nearby trails if you go in the summer. It was very close to the town but also was pretty isolated giving you quiet and privacy which was very nice.

Big and beautiful

You have to see the view at this house to believe it. It's the perfect getaway for a couple or a family. The house is large, and the owners made the effort to ensure that you have everything you need to enjoy it.

Perfect Spot for a Ski Weekend

This beautiful home was the perfect place to stay for easy access to white pass ski resort. Very comfortable stay with beautiful views that we loved. Would definitely book here again!

Great location!

Located just outside of the town of Packwood where you can get groceries, hang out at a brewery, and get hand dipped icecream — and just 15 minutes from the park entrance. House was clean and new, with plenty of areas to explore along the river. Would recommend to friends and family.

Very nicely furnished house along a mountain stream with beautiful view of Mt. Rainier. Quiet & secluded property that’s only a very short distance to Packwood. We had beautiful weather during our stay…..mostly sunny, warm & dry.

Stunning property

We had an amazing stay in this river home. The property is beautiful and nicer than the pictures show. We enjoyed watching the eagles hunt all day and the views of the mountain were very memorable. It was a short trip up to White Pass to ski and areas for sledding. We had one minor issue and the property manager was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house located in a very picturesque location. Grandkids had a good time swimming in the river and exploring the property. Only a mile to town. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location

What a great place to stay! Perfect location, close to ski area and the town of Packwood and plenty of space for 4 couples. The media room has a door so it can serve as a 4th bedroom. Right on the river. Just beautiful. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. -- Deb & Craig Brown

Awesome house!

The home is gorgeous and immaculate. The property is private with a lovely setting near the river. Everything was perfect, couldn't be better. We enjoyed the short drive up to silver falls trail, which doesn't require a reservation line other areas of mount Rainier. We stopped by the local brewery as well with live music and a fun crowd everyone in our group lives this home.

Highly Recommended - Beautiful

This house is amazing - absolutely beautiful!!! Very comfortable living and dining areas. Beds and linens were great. Beautiful outdoor seating near the river. We saw Elk in the morning. Hot tub was nice. Great location for exploring Mt. Ranier and you can see the mountain from the house. Very secluded and private. We will stay here again when we come to the area!!!

Already planning our next trip here

This place is Amazing. Both inside and outside. The Views from all over the house are out of this world pretty and the house was warm and cozy. It was close to grocery stores, coffee shops and our favorite a Brewery. We loved coming home and sitting by the fire or in the hot tub after a day of hiking in Mt. Rainier National Park. My family and I are already planning another trip to this wonderful house and area.

Stunning views, beautiful home

Walking in, my jaw dropped when I saw Rainier from the dining room window. Home was super comfortable and had great shared space and private areas. Kitchen was very well equipped. Close to hiking and exploring, and a lovely river is just steps away (a bit of a scramble). Everyone in the family loved our time here and enjoyed the privacy and animal spotting (elk, eagles, ducks, trout, etc…)

Amazing spot

This place is truly amazing. Wonderfully designed home and setting. Check-in process was super easy and communication regarding our stay and any questions we had were answered promptly. This was a great setup for our group of friends and family. Some were skiing, some were pregnant and we even had a little one. She loved walking the grounds and exploring. The view from the place is wonderful and being right on the river is super relaxing. Our stay hadn't even been completed and we were already planning our next stay here

this home is amazing. The lay-out, the view, the accommodations, all of it. we spent our family Christmas here the weekend after Christmas. They had a huge christmas tree that was beautiful. Sadly there was no snow, but it is hit or miss this time of year. The house is huge and enough room for everyone, including the dog. The Views are breathtaking. Having the caretaker on the property was reassuring. The ONLY reason i gave 4/5 is it would be good to update the beds/mattresses/pillows. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! we will be back!
