Every room has large windows providing and abundance of natural light. Located just two blocks from the Missouri River in the downtown historic district, you will find it is in the perfect location for walking to riverfront trails or strolling the downtown street in search of shopping and dining.

This was our second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first! Great location, walking distance to all the fun stuff and restaurants in downtown WashMo, as well as the river and walking trail. Very clean, comfy beds, and lots of towels! Loved having morning coffee on the the patio or looking out the big windows. Host communication was quick and friendly. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful and extremely well appointed apartment. Its walking distance to coffee shops (birdies bakeshop was my fav), restaurants, riverfront, and all the downtown activities. I stopped every morning for fresh produce from andys produce which is only a block away! Host communicated very well which made for an even better stay. Thank you! I will definitely book again on my next trip!

Great place for a weekend trip to Washington MO!

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Everything we needed was there and the place is in a great location to easily access everything on the riverfront.

Holiday stay

Stayed here to visit family during the Thanksgiving holiday. Perfect place. The place was clean and nicely updated. This place is huge, so much nicer than staying in a hotel. Easy walk to downtown to grab a bite to eat. We will have to come back and stay in warmer weather so we can take advantage of the 2 patios. Very nice stay!!

Loved the apartment!!

We loved the apartment. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is in a good location so we were able to walk to shops, dining, restaurants and the river walk. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Great place to stay in downtown Washington area.

This was a great place to stay, within walking distance to downtown activities. House was clean and up to date. Manager was responsive to our texts with questions and flexible, allowing us back in several hours after checking out to retrieve a forgotten item. Highly recommend this place and this manager!!!
