It was very clean and nice, a gorgeous home. The kitchen could use some more pots and pans, but we were able to make do with what was available. Overall we loved it and will be back!
This was a clean, comfortable house that was a great place for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids on our Grand Lake adventure. The kitchen was great for cooking meals and the back patio has a truly incredible view of the valley. We enjoyed walking up to the top of the ridge and watching the sunset.
All was good! Except for the smart tv i could not figure it out till my son showed up and used his smart phone to get the wifi working. And for the owners they need to look at the master shower i notice the grout in there near the shower pan was gone in some spots could lead to bigger problems. It is a nice place.
The home was really nice, plenty of space for the family. The view from the porch was absolutely spectacular. The beds were all very comfortable which is really nice after long days on the boat and running around with the family.
My family of 5 was extremely comfortable! Cooked numerous meals, kids played outside, beautiful view, and just all around beautiful home. 15 minutes from Grand Lake. Highly recommended!
We loved our time in this beautiful mountain home. The home is newly finished and the views are spectacular. Location is great if you like the easy going side of RMNP, which is exactly what we were looking for. Thanks!
The house was very beautiful and the location was amazing to wake up to everyday! Plenty of time to ride trails and still enjoy relaxing in a quiet peaceful area! Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen had everything needed to fix meals for the family! The pics did not do the house justice…it was even nicer in person!
The property location was outstanding. I'm glad our family decided to stay on the west side of RMNP. The Grand Lake area was a dream. Quiet, peaceful, and plenty things to do. The house was great. The location to the park was a short drive. The house itself was very clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own spaces. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all sleep like babies with the night mountain air blowing through the windows. The deck was definitely a highlight. The view of the valley with the mountains in the distance, while the horses ran around below. Wonderful spot to be; enjoying the morning sunrise or evening sunset. Kitchen was well stocked and large. Bathrooms were great, especially the master bath. Highly recommend this house. 5 stars all around.
The property is nice, it was great except we didn't know the area so we parked in the garage the night we arrived and left the hand held garage remote in the car shut the garage door with wall th button and went out the man door. We n't know the man door locked when you closed it, our vehicle is locked in the garage. I called management because the garage lockbox wouldn't open with the same combo for the house & he argued that it was the same combo they would never use a different one, not the case. The owner sent the correct combo the next morning, it opened the lockbox but there were no keys for the garage door knob. Management said this was on us and gave me a number for a locksmith but he wasn't available but gave me the number of a local one that was great. Cody, the locksmith got into the garage AND made management a key to put in the lockbox. All was great EXCEPT we had to pay the $200 locksmith bill. Had there been a key for the garage in the lockbox there wouldn't have been a need for a lolocksmith. How is this on us? Even the locksmith didn't think it was right for management to make us pay i. I am also a property manager & never would this have been on the tenant, this was a management issue he should have known the correct combo & he should have had a garage door key in the box. Aside of this & the trash can heaping full of trash in the garage it was a very nice home. Hopefully the owner will make this right and reimburse us for the locksmith.

Dear guest,
Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, you locked yourself out of the garage by not checking the door knob lock before closing the door and by not taking the garage door remote with you when you exited the garage. This was not our mistake but yours. We did everything that was in our power to help you and I personally came to the house first thing in the morning. Since we couldn't find a spare key (garage is normally opened by the remote control) the only solution was to call a locksmith. Since you locked yourself out, it was only fair for you to pay the locksmith bill.
