Cozy 3-bedroom Lakeview Cabin with Meadow & Mountain View’s
Escape to this peaceful mountain retreat with sweeping views of the meadows, surrounding peaks, and Lake Granby. Unwind on the spacious deck and watch wildlife graze below. Enjoy nearby hiking and biking trails, or stroll to Beacon Landing Marina for fishing, boating, or kayaking. In winter, explore miles of groomed snowmobile trails. With outdoor lounging areas and plenty of parking, it’s perfect for families and just 10 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and historic downtown Grand Lake
Step inside a classic Colorado cabin that blends vintage charm with comfortable, modern living. This single-story, 1,400 sq. ft. home is designed for slow mornings, cozy evenings, and time together.
The original part of the cabin was built in 1954, and the moment you step inside you’ll feel that nostalgic, wood‑paneled charm wrap around you. Whether you’re curled up in the living room or unwinding in the sunroom, there’s a sense of warmth and “this is exactly where I want to be” that’s hard to put into words.
The sunroom is one of our favorite places in the home. From here, you can watch the meadow, the mountains, and Lake Granby all in one sweeping view. Pour a cup of coffee, settle into a chair, and keep your eyes open—elk, deer, moose, and even coyotes wander through the backyard and down into the meadow. It’s a front‑row seat to true Colorado living.
The bedrooms and master bath are part of the newer addition, blending modern comfort with cabin charm. You can snuggle into the cozy king bed in the primary suite, tuck into the full bunk bed in Bedroom 2, or relax in the queen + twin bunk setup in Bedroom 3.
If you need to work remotely, the sunroom includes a dedicated workspace with a desk.
Inside, the kitchen is equipped with new appliances, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. The window over the sink frames a beautiful view of Lake Granby.
Outside, you can relax on the patio, enjoy meals at the picnic table, unwind by the gas firepit, and take in the sweeping views and star‑filled Rocky Mountain sky.
What we love most about this cabin is the balance—it’s surrounded by trees yet opens to spectacular views of the lake, meadow, and mountains. It has character and comfort, history and freshness, adventure and serenity.

What a wonderful cabin. We enjoyed this space with my daughter and our grandchildren. There were 9 of us and it was so comfortable. The host really did go out of their way to make this cabin so cozy. From the wonderful sheets and comfy beds to all the wonderful sitting areas outside. It was all wonderful. The beautiful claw bath tub was also enjoyed by my grandbabies. Thank you so much for such a wonderful visit.

About the host
Hosted by Eric
I’m originally from the Bay Area in California, but I’ve called Colorado home for the past 10 years — and I absolutely love it. I live in Highlands Ranch with my wife and our two young kids, and as a family we spend as much time outdoors as we can. Whether it’s exploring trails, enjoying the mountains, or just being out in the fresh Colorado air, it’s a big part of our life. I enjoy hosting because it gives me the chance to share the places and experiences that made me fall in love with Colorado. I hope guests feel the same sense of relaxation and adventure that my family and I enjoy here every day.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it captures everything I love about living in Colorado — the quiet, the scenery, and the easy access to the outdoors. There’s truly nothing like Grand Lake when it comes to its relaxing nature, small‑town charm, and the incredible people and views everywhere you go. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down, unwind, and soak in the beauty all around you.
What makes this property unique
A million dollar view right from the living room. You have a view of the lake, beautiful meadow below and the mountain ranges. It’s the perfect view to wake up sipping coffee and the best view at sunset sipping your favorite drink.
